Our stay at Edgar Suites Paris was excellent overall and we would happily return. The location was very convenient, with plenty of shops just a short walk away and a local underground station only about four minutes from the property. The metro system felt quite similar to London’s and was easy to navigate, making it simple to reach all the main areas of interest around Paris.
The room itself was very clean and exactly as described. It was comfortable and well maintained, with great amenities throughout. There was air conditioning available, although it took us a moment to translate the controls and figure out the settings. That said, the weather during our stay was fairly mild, so it wasn’t really an issue.
Communication with management was excellent from start to finish. Instructions were clear and responses were prompt, which made everything feel smooth and well organised.
The only small issue we encountered was with the laundry facilities. We realised there was a laundry service available and decided to use it on our final night. Unfortunately, some guests had left their clothes in the dryers overnight, meaning we waited around two hours before deciding to move one load into a basket so we could dry our already washed, damp clothes. Not ideal, but this was more down to inconsiderate guests rather than anything related to management—just something future guests might want to be aware of.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
