Hello, i wrote this ti the landlord, without getting any answer. At the day of arrival...Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable condition of the apartment I am currently staying in.Upon arrival, I discovered serious hygiene and safety issues which are documented in the attached photos:- The bed linen and/or mattress shows visible dark stains that strongly resemble mold or mildew. This is a serious health concern and makes the bed unusable.- Kitchen equipment and surfaces were found in an unsanitary condition, with visible dirt, grease residues, and dark stains, indicating that proper cleaning was not carried out.- Additionally, a ceiling light fixture is partially detached, with exposed wiring visible through an open hole in the ceiling. This represents a potential safety hazard.These conditions are completely unacceptable for a rented apartment and do not meet basic standards of cleanliness, hygiene, or safety. Staying in an apartment with mold in the bed is particularly concerning, as it poses health risks.I kindly request immediate action to resolve these issues. This includes:- Replacement of the mattress and bed linen,- Thorough professional cleaning of the apartment,- Proper repair of the ceiling light installation.If these issues cannot be resolved promptly, I expect an appropriate refund or alternative accommodation.Please treat this matter with urgency and respond as soon as possible.Kind regards,
