Wonderful apartment and location

We stayed with our 21 year old granddaughter for a week. she had her own room and bathroom and the apartment was more than adequate for the three of us. Being in the Marais put us close to many of the sights in Paris either by walking or public transportation. There is an excellent bakery across the street and markets at the end of the block. It was easy to work with the owner and the manager.

Quiet and quaint apartment in a great neighborhood

Great location in the Marais

A very lovely apartment in an historical building. Despite being close to a lot of activity the apartment was quiet. The furnishings were lovely. The hosts were extremely gracious. We would definitely want to stay again.

Great for a family of 4!

This apartment is very charming and spacious for four. The location is terrific with many many shops and restaurants just steps out the door. Also walking distance to major attractions. Great communication with the owner and property manager. We would not hesitate to come back.

Incredible neighborhood!! The place was perfect for our stay. Love the architectural details throughout and the owner has thought of everything you could possibly need. Highly Recommend. Would stay here again in a minute.

Paris apartment accomodations

Great 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. Loved our stay and the location was perfect. Next time we are in Paris we will definitely try to stay there again. The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this apartment. One thing to mention is that the stairs are steep, which was not a problem for us, but an elderly person may have. Thank you for a great stay!

My friends and I stayed at Ivan’s apartment for our 50th birthday celebration in Paris. The apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location, comfortable and just as pictured. We were greeted with a lovely cheese plate and bottle of champagne. We loved our stay!

Great Parisian apartment

Started 4 nights and found the property perfect. Close to 2 Metro stops. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Wonderful beds and bathrooms. Spacious for our family of 4. Quiet interior apartment. There are 2 narrow flights of stairs you need to climb to reach the apartment. Nearby cafes, restaurants, and groceries.

Great apartment, great location.

We’ve been renting from VRBO for years and this was probably our best rental to date. The apartment itself is beautiful and the attention to details made our stay even more enjoyable. And the location was great too...a straight 15 minutes walk to Notre Dame. I highly recommend this unit.

Great last stop

Paris was our last stop in a 2-week trip to Paris and we had a great time staying at Arts et Metiers. Check in process was smooth and well communicated in advance. Lovely apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was a wonderful apartment in a nice neighborhood, centrally located in the city. Thierry was very welcoming and helpful and the apartment itself was very nice - all of the small touches made it feel like home! We also stayed during Europe’s record heat wave and we couldn’t believe how relatively cool the apartment stayed. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

A wonderful place to stay

This was a charming flat in the marais with attention to detail. Comfortable beds with nice linens, slippers provided. Ivan and Faycal were welcoming, even ordering Nespresso pods for us to have on our arrival. Faycal was very helpful answering our questions and making sure our transportation got us to the train station on time. We hope this flat is available on our return trip!

Nice flat in the neighbourhood.

My sister in law and I had a nice stay. The beds are comfortable and both bathrooms are clean. We did not expect the stairs to be as steep, fortunately Fayçal was there to help with our bags. They do not provide shower soap or other toiletries so bring your own. Very convenient to a butcher, bakery, cheese shop, fish monger and wine shop! The flat is good value for money! Great location and wonderful stay!

This beautiful apartment is in a great location and is well equipped for anything you need. The stairs are narrow and we had one night (in five) where we heard neighbors talking until late. Otherwise, it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this apartment. Great host and owner with good communication before our stay.

Wonderful Pied-a-terre in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious pied-a-terre in the Marias neighborhood. The apartment is in walking distance to many wonderful shops and Nortre Dame as well as a quick walk to the Metro. The street that the apartment is on has a Boulangerie, cheese shop, and butcher among other shops. The property manager met us immediately upon arrival and was available to answer and any and all questions during our stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious enough to comfortably fit four adults, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were quite spacious for European standards. We loved our stay in Paris and highly recommend the Marais neighborhood!

Comfortable and Quiet Apt in centre Paris

We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan and Stephan's flat in Paris. It was ideally located near many of the popular tourist sites, shops, and restaurants in and around the Marais. The apartment was well equipped and had very comfortable bedrooms, living room, and dining areas. Moreover, it was a tranquil oasis in the midst of the bustling city. We had absolutely no problems with noise as the apartment faces an inner courtyard--away from the street. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Paris!

Best place to stay in Paris

The apartment is lovely and comfortable. Every detail has been well thought out. The kitchen is one of the best equipped I have ever experienced. Beds very comfy and very little noise. Location is perfect. And Fayçal the manager is the most attentive and thoughtful agent. He greeted us with champagne and dropped by a few hours later with a beautifully selected cheese plate. He greeted us upon arrival and carried luggage up the 2 flights. I also left an expensive watch behind which he found in time for us to make a quick detour back to apartment. I look forward to returning.

Marais charmer

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was spacious and very well located. Near everything but very quiet. It was well appointed with a very good kitchen and a lovely basket of wine and treats when we arrived! The style and decoration is tres charmant with the exposed wood beams. The second bathroom was quite helpful as we were traveling with a friend. Everyone involved in the apartment was helpful and pleasant to deal with. Merci pour tout!

Perfect place to stay while in Paris!

We just enjoyed three amazing nights in Paris (far too short!). Ivan’s beautiful apartment was the perfect home base. Traveling with two teenagers we had the perfect amount of space. Two separate bathrooms that were five star quality. The bedrooms were so comfortable we loved having our own beds. We enjoyed just relaxing this comfortable apartment at the end of long days of touring. Neighborhood was a terrific location for restaurants and groceries etc. Even better in person than the photos! Can’t wait to go back. Thank you Thierry and Ivan for a beautiful stay.

Well-equipped apartment in convenient location

The property was very well-equipped and comfortable. Nice TV and iPod system available for music, etc. The resident host was very responsive to our needs, as was the non-resident owner. The toilet for the larger bedroom is outside the room. The twin bedroom is smallish and there is not much room for luggage, but has a complete bath with great shower. Walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and just a couple of blocks from the Metro. Does require climbing two flights of stairs. Would stay again.

Magnifique! Magnifique! Magnifique!

Ivan's flat was most harming and most amazing, we can not say enough good things about it.It is even more beautiful than in the pictures. My husband and I recently stayed there with my two step-daughters (28 & 30). There was more than enough room for the four of us to spread out and relax after enjoying a day in Paris. Every detail is thought out from the charming kitchen to the type of bed linens and towels to the amazing collection of dvd's and TinTin books. We felt instantly comfortable and greatly all the flat has to offer. The space was meticulously cleaned and Thierry was most helpful upon our arrival and throughout our stay.. The four of us would highly recommend a stay here. The location is ideal and we could easily take the metro or walk to anywhere our heart's desired. It was tres magnifique!
