Perfectly located

The location was perfect. The apartment was clean and fully equipped with everything needed. The heated floors were a treat after all day walking in cooler weather. Definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris, great for family, couples or singles. C’était super.

Great location

My daughter and I stayed there for one night. It was great because we were able to drop off our luggage early in the morning and tour Paris for the day. Bea was very clear with all of the instructions on how to get in, etc. We would definitely stay there again! Also, the neighborhood was very nice and safe.

Positives: The apartment is located in a very safe neighborhood. Communication to check in and out was perfect. The washer and dryer were super helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable.Negatives: I tried to get a hold of the owner once we got in about the air conditioning system and she never responded. (Reached out via VRBO, texted her, and sent her an email through her web page.) The bathroom had mold in the corner, the drain in the shower was backed up and the cups for the toothbrushes were not clean. There are no condiments, so bring salt and pepper etc.

Très bon endroit, mais..

La propriété est superbe, le lieu est magique et l’appartement est bien (petit mais très très efficace). Le rapport qualité/prix à l’air assez mais il ne l’est pas car nous nous trouvons dans l’un des quartiers les plus beaux de Paris. Je n’ai trouvé que deux petits bémols : le chauffage n’est pas très puissant (j’ai essayé d’augmenter un maximum la pièce). Et, je n’ai pas réussi à mettre la télé et à activer le wifi, pourtant j’ai essayé plusieurs fois. C’est dommage.
