We had a pleasant one night stay at this hotel. Great central location for exploring Paris. The metro is conveniently located just outside, and it is a 10 minute walk to the Gare du Nord station for the Eurostar. We arrived early in the morning, and was able to leave our bags at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The spa was a lovely added bonus, a nice way to start the morning before breakfast. The breakfast was great, by far one of the better hotel breakfasts I've had, with a good choice of options. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel just steps away from Gare de Lest train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. See thru bathroom door offers no privacy from the room. Water and coffee maker provided in each room. Breakfast buffet is available for a fee, but did not try it. There is a nice pool in the lower level, but also did not try it. Many cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area.

This was a fantastic hotel and absolutely lived up to the hype of a 5-star hotel. My fiancée and I stayed here to celebrate our engagement and had an incredible time. The amenities are what stood out the most, and we had a private thermal spa experience at a fraction of the price. With its central location, metro right outside the front doors, and a safe and secure hotel with very welcoming and polite staff—there is not much more you could ask for. The gym was very simple; that may be the only feedback we would have. Highly recommend your stay here for a memorable trip!

The description for this hotel says that there is spa access. But it does not stay it is limited to only 45minutes throughout your stay which also requires booking. The hotel itself was very accessible with metro
