Professional and helpful

The entire experience was smooth and easy. The description was accurate, and the checkin book was very detailed and helpful. I had a few questions along the way and the management company was responsive and thorough.

Wish we could have stayed more than one night

We were met promptly at the door by Anne-Sophia, who went over various things so we would have a good stay. The entrance, courtyard and flat are beautiful, all new but maintaining the charm of Paris. An internet connection problem with the TV was not a big deal. She tried to address that but we were able to figure it out later. Netflix was not the reason we went to Paris so no points deducted for that :) Overall she was very nice! The espresso machine was great ... once we found the directions in the binder on the table and figured it out. We loved the showers and the beds were VERY comfortable (many many pillows)!! A few minor things would have been nice to have. There were no paper towels or oven mitts (or we just couldn't find them). We did cook some food in the Teflon stove pots (at least we think they were stove pots) which have no handles, so oven mitts would have been helpful. Also there was no dish strainer (or again we couldn't find one), which would have been more of an issue had we stayed multiple nights. Lastly, more seating in the living room (there is just a three person sofa) would have been nice. Still 5 STARS!
