Menu in hotel to provide gluten free options and a kids menu would be fantastic. The food was delicious and the staff service was top notch!!! The check in staff allowed us to check in at 8am even though the check in time was 3pm. This was greatly appreciated since we had just deplaned and arrived early at the hotel.

Airport Layover
We got off to a bad start due to confusion over the airport shuttle service, but one they realized our dis-pleasure, they went out of their way to make it up to us, including providing service to the exact terminal we needed.

It was very difficult for them to let me know where exactly I had to be to be picked up at the airport by their shuttle.When I left, on Saturday morning, I was told they had no shuttle before 8 am, so I had to pay for a taxi. They told me they would call the taxi for ne. They forgot to do so, Luckily I did not miss my plane. The taxi they called for me asked 30 euro flat rate for a 7 minutes ride.

Amazing
Everything excellent only problem was the shower very complicated water comes out and no water pressure room very clean and very comfortable people at the lobby very friendly only kinda hard to have communication because of short English. But the rest super nice and clean and of course very very closed to the airport only 5 minutes away I really recommend this hotel location if you have a flight in the early morning

Won’t be sorry
Very nice and clean hotel close to CDG. Very pleased with our room. Really good staff. We didn’t want to go back out to eat so we chose their restaurant. Wasn’t expecting the quality or how good it was at a chain hotel but very surprised. And breakfast you definitely won’t be disappointed here either, got all you need or I saw someone getting an omelette and another getting eggs over easy. Very good. It’s an easy choice, just book here if you need to stay close to airport.

Overall was a good stay and convenient. We did not have soap in the bathroom or shower. The food was Ok, too pricey for the kind and not the best options. Breakfast was very good.

We were extremely happy that Gene helped us after we had been ripped off by Holiday Inn Express staff by charging us $25 for a 6 min ride to the Holiday inn (the correct one) in their company van. Gene saw the bad treatment that we received and helped us

The room was disappointingly hot. Not much variance on the thermostat. Frig was hot, too. Hallway had an odd odor. Big and beautiful and breakfast buffet was a plus. But wouldn't stay here again because of room temperature.

Hard to find, but a good stay
Not a lot of smiles, but plenty of help from staff. Room is spacious, clean, has coffee pot (no cream), and all products necessary if you don’t have your own. The Paris airport is really spread out, and there are 2 Holiday Inns in totally different directions, so careful when asking for directions in the airport.

Overall horrible service. We typically have average to great hotel stays and this was by far the least welcoming experience. We were immediately greeted as if we didn’t belong by both evening staff which included a more senior staff member. Our third bed did not have bedding, the hotel phone didn’t work to contact reception. When we finally contacted someone from a hotel for bedding the response was “we will try”. AC didn’t work. Room was fine otherwise. The next morning we were greeted yet again with rudeness by different staff.

Our bed did not have sheets. At 9pm no one would pick up the phone for housekeeping and the front desk would either not pick up or immediately put me on hold and never come back. I walked down to reception and they told me housekeeping does not work at night and they would have someone deliver sheets. They were more concerned about checking in new clients than helping me. After an hour of waiting I tried calling again and no one picked up. I went to reception again and another person helped me. He did eventually bring the sheets which I had to put on the bed myself.

Great, but to clarify clearly that it is not the Express Hotel would have been good- it is all a little confusing. And, important to book the hotel Shuttle. This information was nowhere I could find.

We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality and selection of food. The staff was exceedingly helpful. Beware of two things: the airport shuttle operates every 30 minutes and only holds six people, so you need to book ahead. And the drinks are shockingly expensive; gin tonic €17, draft IPA €11.

Formidable
Après 24 heures de vol et 12 heures de décalage horaire, il n’y a rien de mieux que d’arriver à un hôtel où l’accueil est efficace et très professionnel. Le personnel (réception et restauration) est agréable, sympathique et serviable. Le service de dîner du soir était un peu lent mais ça ne nous a pas gêné, on est en vacances. Le petit déjeuner, inclu dans le prix de la chambre, est tout simplement fantastique et de qualité. Un petit bémol, l’attente de la navette de l’hôtel à notre arrivée à l’aéroport, près de 3/4 d’heure, ce qui est excessif. Nous avons vu passer les navettes des autres hôtels 4 à 5 fois avant qu’arrive enfin le notre.
