All I have to say is that there was bed bugs in the room I did not stay longer than 1 hour as soon as I saw them I grab my things and left and when I went to the front desk to return the key the person at the counter didn’t even apologized he just said ok he did not look concerned or bother by it

Nice place,needs a refresh

The staff was friendly and easy to work with, the bedding was clean there were clean towels. the shower was pretty dated the bathroom was clean but had mildew or mold. The building was rundown and fairly old. The carpets in the building were bad makes you wonder if it had something in there. The location is really good It didn't take long to get to the Eifel Tower. Access to restaurants and grocery stores were really good. can't really complain too much the place is comparable to a hotel 6.

I've seen negative reviews about this hotel on this and other platforms, but our experience was quite the opposite. Based on reviews, we thoroughly checked our rooms for bedbugs and found none. The rooms were clean and quite spacious. The bathroom in our first floor room was spacious enough for my son's wheelchair, and it was an excellent bathroom for someone with limited mobility. We were surprised that despite our room facing the street, it was quite quiet at night. We slept well. The hotel manager was very kind and helpful. This is a no-frills hotel, but you get an excellent deal with its low rates (especially for this being Paris). I give my review 4 stars because the mattresses are hard and the pillows lumpy, as well as because we were told we couldn't be provided with extra pillows. Other than that, we will gladly stay here if we return to Paris.

Ingen Kylskåp eller minibar i rummet

Det står i annonsen att rummet har kylskåp och minibar. Men det fanns ingen av dem och hotel personal sa att det var hotels.com som skrev fel. Rummet var för lite för tre personer. Men det var rent, rumsevice var tillgänglig varje dag. Hotellet var nära Metro och allt man behöver . Läget var väldigt bra. DEt är en gammalt hotel som man ser på skräck filmer men det var värt pengarna.

Look, it is what it is... basic room in Paris. Bed and sheets were clean, so was towel, shower was hot, the important things were fine. Yesterday was 39C, and of course no AC, but the window worked, sorry neighbors, I needed that air. But cannot get more stars as was generally grimey.... not somewhere to take a loved one.

HORRIBLE, chambre infestée de puces de lit après avoir les avis (ce que j’aurais du faire avant) ce n’est pas la première fois et ils n’apportent aucune solution. Les chargés de l’hôtel sans dédouane complètement avec mauvaise foi et sans excuses ni remboursement sachant clairement que ce n’est pas la première fois. On s’est retrouvé avec plein de piqûre la seule chose qu’il vont vous proposer est de vous changer de chambre (elle aussi infesté)

Das Zimmer ist nicht den Preis wert. Der Safe defekt, das Bad schreit nach einer Renovierung, die Vorhänge bräuchten eine Waschmaschine und umfallen ist dem Zimmer nicht möglich. Der Fahrstuhl hält nur zwischen den Etagen und eine Grundrenovierung täte dem Hotel gut. Das Frühstück ist das Geld auch nicht wert. Es gab nur Kaffee aus der Thermoskanne, Einzelpackungen Marmelade und Nutella-Ersatz und als einzigen Käse ein Mini-Kiri, keine Wurst, nur ein Sorte Brot.
