Very enjoyable and comfortable stay

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The only issue we found was the near constant sirens but we understand that was not within the hotels control. Staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were delicious.

So close to the Metro stop. Comfortable and clean room. AC was great. There was some street noise but not much (only loud if police car went by). Breakfast was good but not a huge selection. Helpful staff. Some very great restaurants nearby (Adaggio, Thai food)

The hotel was a convenient ten minute walk from the Gare du Nord train station. The hotel was exceptionally clean from the hotel lobby to the room to the breakfast dining area. We observed the detail they placed in ensuring the dining area was clean

15 min walk from Gare du Nord but worth it. We booked 2 twins & they gave us connecting rooms 👍 Good Rooms size & location quite so bonus was a good night sleep. Close to the river with Plenty of restaurants Choices at reasonable price.

Very comfortable, recently refurbished rooms. Corridors a bit tired but not a problem. Air conditioning is a bit slow but did the job. Location is pretty good for train stations, more residential than tourist area.

Conveniently located, close to Metro. Walking distance from Gare du Nord and Gare de l‘est, lots of restaurants. Noisy due to constant police station sirens. Modern and clean room but vinegar smell in hallway a bit much and could use small touches (glasses, kleenexes, conditioner etc.) Standard room (we had one with a balcony) very tight with two suitcases. Breakfast good but staff is struggling to keep up with refilling food at busy times. Nice patio but people still being allowed to smoke is not great. Glad to have had A/C during the heat wave but it was not able to cool the room to the temp we set. All Paris hotels are pricey!

Convenient and Comfortable

Clean, comfortable room with comfortable location across the street from underground train. Safe area at night. Friendly, helpful staff! Small size room but you are in Paris. Breakfast was delicious. Ask for room away from street if you are a light sleeper due to street noise.

Clean and comfortable hotel for several nights. Located near public transport and shops; very walkable area. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy - no issues here. Our bathroom was slightly on the small side but we were fine with this. Not the quietest location as rooms facing the street will hear the cars, police sirens etc.

I barely stayed here, was just passing through. Clean, next to Louis Blanc Metro. 20 min walk from Gare Du Nord* but… a fairly sketchy walk from that station, I don’t recommend doing that. And I normally walk everywhere. The immediate two blocks around hotel are fine. The front desk lady was very friendly and helpful at checkin.

Very good quality of a 3 star establishment as compared to the few other we stayed in Paris. This is a great choice if you’re looking for something a bit more affordable yet value for money! We were a family of 4 and took 2 rooms, they were so nice to give us the rooms side by side. There was also the choice of opening a connecting door even though we opted not to. Staff were very nice and friendly! Just across the street from the metro so that was really convenient! The street is really busy and there’s quite a few nice restaurants just along the same road if you need to grab a bite. Would recommend and definitely visit again if I’m back to Paris. Thumbs up!

Upon arrival, the room smelled of strong floral carpet cleaner. I asked for another room but none were available. The nice guy at the front desk gave us an ozone machine to help remove the smell. After an hour of use, it did help to allay part of the smell. Overall, the hotel needs to be updated and the carpets in the rooms and hallways need to be changed. The bathroom was freshly remodeled and the breakfast had a lot of great choices.
