All the staff were friendly and polite and helpful. The room was awesome, exactly what we needed. Beds were comfortable andwelcome drinks in the room were a nice touch...and cold.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, it is a short walk to the metro or bus and lots of dining and shopping in the area. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Paris.

One night stay was excellent. Front desk was very helpful. Local bakery was incredibly delicious! Close proximity to metro and Gare Saint Lazare. Room and bathroom was very clean. Comfortable bed and the room had a refrigerator, and hot water for tea and coffee. Would stay again.

Stayed for 1 night on my own. The main thing for this class of hotel is cleanliness, and the Queen Mary was perfectly clean and all in very good condition. It's not a 5* luxury venue where you will enjoy hanging out in the room but you're not paying for that. a good little hotel for a short stay.

Nice but small

Great location, clean and Safe. Friendly Staff. Lots of Restaurants and Bars and Shopping. My room was a bit small but I'm Solo so no big deal.

The hotel was fine - rooms are small but cozy. Staff is excellent. Location is amazing (close to the RoissyBus which is the best way to get into Paris, and the Gallery Lafayette And Printemps stores, lots of shopping, good metro connections). Two down sides: only one small elevator that you have to wait for at times, and the mattress cover is plastic (I assume to get rid of bed bugs) so it gets REALLY hot at night. Did not sleep well.

The location is on the busy street so nearby resturant is really has impact on our sleep plus the isluation is not quiet good so we can hear my next door couple rm 243 making noise every night.
