Hotel cosy, calme et neuf au coeur de Boulogne

Un cadre tres agréable poir cet hotel en plein Boulogne ! Petite cour intérieure arboré, très calme et les chambres sont commes neuves. Une tres bonne adresse. Un petit point d'amélioration sur le contenu du petit déjeuner

not what i expect

arrived at 10.30 pm from abroad - had alerted the hotel when booking, but receptionist was complaining reception closed at 11 pm. Hotel room was dirty - sheets on the floor, towels in the shower. Went down again, receptionist said he had already switched off the computer and wanted to go home but 'pas de problemes' (?) would find another room. Browsed to find a clean room ''but most available rooms were bigger' , 'in the worst case he would have to give me a bigger one', finally found a small room that had been cleaned. Next day, when i checked out, i mentioned to (another) receptionist that i had had to change rooms during the night, and he said 'yes, i heard, mais cest pas grave, pas de soucis' (?). No apologies, customer service non existant. did not feel welcome.

Hotel joli et propre

Hôtel très propre calme et joli. Patio agreable en plein air pour le petit dej. Personnel très sympathique Points à améliorer le petit dej car le pain est decongelé ainsi que les viennoiseries. L Hôtel vante les confitures maison qui sont excellentes (tout comme le fromage à la coupe) mais quelle déception de ne pas avoir pain et vienoiseries d une boulangerie pour les accompagner Autre bémol : pas de savonnette individuelle (on ne se lave pas le visage avec du gel douche) et 1 gel douche pousse pousse dans la douche..c est ecolo maiq pas du tout hygiénique..peu envie de toucher le gel douche des précédents clients

Bonjour L'hôtel venait d'ouvrir depuis peu,mais malgré cela l'accueil a été très chaleureux au point de me sentir un peu à domicile. J'ai échangé quelques mots avec la propriétaire des lieux,et c'était une personne vraiment charmante. Si j'avais à donner une note globale ce serait 10/10 sans exagéré ! Lovely, small, friendly boutique style hotel

Really super, almost boutique style hotel. Great service, superb location for line 9 or 10 metro. Lots of bars restaurants and shops 2 minutes walk. Walking (or fun E-scooter) distance from Roland Garros. We loved it, sure you will too. Downside was wifi wasnt working whilst we stayed there so added to cost as needed to buy more data. Special mention to young girl working on sunday, very pleasant and lovely smiley welcome in the morning. If we return for RG we will look to stay here again. We found Monoprix shop, just 2 minutes away, a great place for v healthy snacks. Walked to the seine and a lovely park just down boulevard jean jaures (sp). Nice spot for quiet afternoon. Didnt eat breakfast but it looked fresh and fine for a quick continental. Lovely small courtyard to relax in, unfortunately so many French still smoke! Great trip.

Facturation original du mini bar

Le dimanche en partant j'ai listé volontairement ce qu'il me restait à régler: le petit déjeuner, la taxe de séjour et une boisson dans le mini bar. J'ai réglé le tout en carte bleu. Puis dans l'après-midi l'hôtel sans même me prévenir m'a débité 2.5 euros pour une boisson que j'aurai consommé dans le minibar, un schweppes. Je ne bois jamais de schweppes. J'ai trouvé assez étonnant de débiter ma carte sans même m'en parler. Soit je me suis trompé le matin en listant mes dettes, soit j'ai voulu arnaquer l’hôtel. Ou la femme de ménage c'est trompée ou elle a bu le fameux schweppes. J'aurais trouvé correcte de m'appeler avant ce débit sur ma carte bleu pour avoir mon avis. En fait je ne suis pas à 2.5 euros prêt mais je trouve la manière assez impoli. Sinon jolie TV en chambre, dommage que ce soit une pauvre télécommande universelle qui ne permettent pas par exemple de lire un film sur une clef USB. Moralité, assez déçu.

C'était trop nul je regrette vraiment j'aurais pris un formula ça aurait été beaucoup mieux la chambre elle est trop petite on arrive même pas bouger et le chauffage il fonctionnait même pas vraiment très déçu
