不滿：整潔度、職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
The worst of the worst.
I staied at this hotel for 4 nights,and this hotel was probably the worse experience that I had. The emergency alarm rang at the first night when I checked in.Then second day it happened AGAIN at 5am in the early morning. Then at 3rd day before I went out, I went to reception to ask new pass code,and reception kept telling me I supposed to check out at that day. I even shown him my reservation number from hotels.com. But he still couldn't find my reservation. Even tried to charge me again. Took him awhile for him to found my reservation. And at that day when I came back, the house keeping didnt clean up my room at all. So I had to went down stair to ask clean towels. Yea this hotel didnt have hotline in the room , so if you wanna talk to reception, you have to go downstairs.and they dont hairdryer also. And at my check out day, house keeping came knock my door at 10am which I was still sleeping and ask me what time I will leave, I was like " hello, check out time is 12pm, its non of your business what time I will leave this room before that time."
And the location is really bad, everything is so far away from this hotel, not even a resturent. So people have to order delivery if are tired to go out.
And there was no bottle of water in the room, so you have to pay 1.9€ to get a single bottle water from vending machine, and there was one night the vending machine got nothing left in it.
Although this hotel is kinda cheap, but I still dont think it worth any penny.
