The apartment was wonderful. Great location on quiet street close to restaurants, bistros and a biweekly farmers market. Easy checkin, great communication and the apartment was very clean and in good order. Would highly recommend.

I was met at the apartment by Isabel.She had stocked the fridge with supplies for breakfast.A wonderful surprise as I had arrived later than expected.Isabel was very helpful in sharing local information.The apartment was very spacious and felt like a home away from home.The location was so convenient for exploring many of the iconic sites in Paris.I would love to return and stay again.Many thanks Isabel and Alex.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Just a perfect size for two - big sitting room/dining area, nice kitchen with a large fridge. The manageress Isabelle, was lovely - she had already left some bread, eggs, butter, jam, juice and coffee pods / milk so we were set for breakfast the following morning, Our bed was the biggest we've ever had in Europe and very comfortable. To top it off there's a washer and a dryer and an elevator so suitcases were easy. We wud definitely come back!

Great stay in central location along Seine

Had a fantastic stay at Alexander’s apartment. Location is very central and less than a block from the Seine. Close to the RER and Metro and easy to get around Paris and to/from the airport. Apartment itself is even nicer than the pictures and is very spacious and well equipped. Isabel met us for check in and check out and was very prompt and an amazing host. I would recommend this place to others!

Lovely, clean, safe apartment in great location!

Thank you so much for a delightful week in Paris! The apartment was just as described, very well stocked, in a great location close to the Seine, the Metro, restaurants...everything! Such a quiet street too - we slept great. Isabel was wonderful to deal with at check in and whenever we had a question. She met us promptly on arrival and for check out, and gave us great tips for how best to get to the Gare de Lyon, which market to check out, and had fresh croissants, baguettes, and fresh fruit for us! LOVED having a piano - played very nicely. Lift worked great as well. I stayed alone for a few days before my husband arrived and always felt safe in the neighborhood. Thank you, thank you!

Convenient and surprisingly quiet

The apartment was comfortable and we felt like welcome guests. The apartment manageress, Isabelle, was very warm, welcoming, and helpful. The location is fantastic - we've stayed near the Arene Lutece on our previous 2 visits, and found that being closer to the Seine encouraged us to explore further afield during the day, while returning to enjoy one of the nearby restaurants at the end of the day. We would definitely consider staying in this apartment again.

Amazing, large one bedroom apartment.

This was my husband’s and my second stay at this wonderful apartment. It’s very spacious with a large living/dining room and separate kitchen with everything you could need. Especially nice is the oven. We loved having the large washer and dryer too. Isabelle, the apartment manager, met us to check us in and brought us a “starter kit” of food which was very much appreciated. We look forward to our next visit.

So good we came back

This apartment is lovely and the area is (almost) starting to feel like a home away from home for us. Isobel was a wonderful greeter and had added some lovely touches to make us feel welcome. The new stove is a very welcome addition to this apartment. We'll be back (again)!

Perfectly located appartment in the heart of Paris

We enjoyed our stay in Paris - the nice appartment was a good "base-camp" to explore the city. Perfectly located and nevertheless surprisingly quiet, well equipped and just somehow "friendly", we can recommend it. The lady "on site" managed everything at the beginning and at the end of our stay and well cared about us. So: you can go for it !

Perfect Paris location

Perfect location on a quiet street nestled between Boulevard Saint Germain and the river. The pictures of the flat and description are accurate. The flat is comfortable and was perfectly clean, and the kitchen well supplied. The check-in upon an early arrival was warm and efficient, with croissants and everything needed for breakfast. We would certainly love to go back.

Comfotable, clean, well-stocked apartment in great location

My wife and I spent two weeks in the apartment in October 2023. We know the area well. We have rented any number of apartments around the Place Maubert over the years. We love the markets in the square, a bunch of great, mid-priced restaurants, the relaxed neighborhood, and the easy access by Metro, bus, and on foot, to everything Paris has to offer. The apartment has a good-sized living-room, dining room, and a small, but well-equipped kitchen. We had breakfast every morning in the apartment, regularly had lunch there, and occasionally had dinner. So we were not forced to eat out every meal -- a big advantage. The Nespresso machine, electric water kettle and the LG refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, etc., all worked fine. The bedroom is decently sized for Paris, with a comfortable queen bed, and a large 'french" door with a lovely, typically Parisian view. There is adequate closet space. The bathroom is fine. The one peculiarity in the apartment is the placement of a large, "American-style" LG refrigerator in the entrance hall. It's perfectly convenient, but a bit of a stylistic shock. There was a generous supply of herbs, spices, condiments, and other basic cooking supplies, along with paper towels, toilet paper, etc., so we did not have to run out any buy basic supplies the minute we arrived. We appreciated that. The place was perfectly clean. The manager, Isabel, was extremely helpful. We will definitely consider staying there again.

Staying at third floor 5 Rue Cochin, Pais

A spacious, very quiet and comfortable unit with high quality household linen, well equipped kitchen with beautiful crockery, good heating and easy access to the wonders and beauty of Paris. The unit manager was very attentive, however there was some issues with equipment maintenance in the unit.

Lovely apartment in wonderful location

We stayed here for six weeks over December and January 2022/23. We were warmly welcomed by Isabel and the check in and out was simple and easy. The apartment is actually nicer than the photographs suggest. It’s warm, light filled, and spacious, in a very quiet street. We have stayed in Paris several times and this is definitely the best location and within easy reach of most of Paris. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this property.

The Best Kept Secret

This apartment was charming, delightful and perfect for two people. There is enough room to spread out but still co-exist. We love the living/dining area. We ate at a few of the restaurants around the corner. Perfect after a long day of sight-seeing. I also had my hair done twice just down the street. All was perfect!

Excellent Location

This spacious apartment is located very close to Notre Dame Cathedral and in an area with many restaurants, bars, shops and markets. It has everything you could need. It's on the 3rd floor and there is a lift. Isabel, the woman who greeted us was very kind and even bought milk, bread, fruit, eggs and juice to get us trough the first couple of days. I would love to stay in this apartment again!

Amazing Latin Quarter Apartment - highest recommendation!!

Highest recommendation for this wonderful apartment in a great location. Easy start to our stay, meeting the wonderful Isabel who told us all we need to know about the apartment and had some nice food treats for us weary travelers. Good sized 1br unit: Nice entryway with doors to laundry closet (full-size washer/dryer!) and the bathroom (tub has a shower!). Another door to the bedroom: very comfy queen mattress and a lovely window overlooking the courtyard - good air + an outside roll-down for darkness! Back off the entryway is the galley kitchen, which isn’t huge but is VERY well equipped with plentiful dishes/glasses/utensils, microwave, oven/stove and a nice dishwasher! Last area is the good sized living room, with one side having a nice round table (and a piano!) and the other side set up with couch/chairs and the entertainment center. Two large windows for light/ventilation and view of the classic Haussman style building across the street. Very classy/classic decoration. We immediately felt right at home, and wanted for nothing in our 2-week stay. Excellent VRBO’ers! Location is fantastic!! 3rd floor with a unique little elevator on cute and quiet street, and just 1/2 block toward either the road running along the Seine river, or Blvd Saint-Germain. The former was one of our faves, being able to walk along the river all the time and great views of Notre Dame (barely a 5 minute walk away!). The latter great for cafe’s, stores, the Maubert plaza and Tues/Thur/Sat market (highly recommended). We tried pain au chocolat from 6 different boulangeries all within 3 blocks…all winners! Central location - seemed like half of Paris was just an 18-20 minute walk away. And for longer travels, there are a couple very convenient Metro stations and bus stops/routes. LOVED the public transportation, very quick and easy for us 1st timers, goes everywhere, and on time; the only taxi the whole trip was from/to airport. This unit was recommended to us by a friend who has previously stayed there, and even with the hype it in all ways exceeded our expectations. Smooth communication in advance with the owner, and Isabell was SUPER nice and helpful locally with our questions - she even helped us reserve our taxi back to the airport! Hopefully we will have a chance to return to Paris soon, and I wouldn’t even look for a different apartment/neighborhood, because we already found the perfect one for us!

Great Apartment close to San Germain and Latin Quarter

Quite spacious apartment close to Notre Dame, Pantheon and Place San Michel. Quiet, great amenities (full size American style W&D). Spent 10 days. Very comfortable.
