Hôtel à fuir absolument !

Arrivée dans un environnement très dégradé et peu rassurant.Parking très sale et hôtel à l'opposé du parking (à 20 m) complet et utilisé comme logement de fortune pour des familles en grande précarité. Personnel à l'arrivé pas accueillant et totalement indifférent. Le lendemain matin coupure d'eau totale toute la journée sans aucune information alors que les trois ouvriers prenaient le petit déjeuner à coté de nous ! Nous avons fait notre toilette dans un seau d'eau recuperé dans l’hôtel en face .... je vous envoie une photo ! Le lendemain seulement de l'eau froide ! Les deux personnes de l’hôtel n'ont pas voulu nous donner le téléphone du directeur "qui était en vacances" et n'ont eu aucune initiative à part de dire "désolé". Leur fameux buffet du petit déjeuner vide à partie de 09:00 et renouvelé simplement sur demande ....même pour avoir des serviettes ! Les télécommandes dans la chambre pour la clim et TV pas opérationnelles car les piles vides et l'insonorisation des chambre pas bonnes malgré leur travaux. En conclusion, nous vous demandons le remboursement de notre séjour que nous avons payé 108 € par nuit pour un hôtel non opérationnel !

Environnement bruyant

Séjour bref de 2 nuits. En substance: environnement très bruyant (autres chambres et ouverture du portail coulissant très bruyant), et isolation phonique mur/plafond médiocre. Lit qui grince. Donc pas de super bonnes nuits à retenir. Qui plus est - et l'hôtel n'est pas responsable, mais un anniversaire fêté dimanche à 7h du matin dans une chambre mitoyenne, c'est vraiment un manque de respect.

Accueil à revoir !!!

Propreté à désirer...poils au niveau du lavabo!! A mon arrivée, obligée de retourner à la réception car la chambre donnée n'était pas faite. Réceptionniste très limite en ce qui concerne la prise en charge. Je lui ai indiqué que je dîner sur place et lui ai demandé si j'avais ajouté le petit déjeuner à ma réservation, kl n'a même pas pris la peine de regarder et m'a répondu : on verra ça tout à l'heure... Je suis cliente, si je pose une question, je souhaite que l'on m'apporte une réponse. Du coup, je ne suis pas aller dîner et encore moins petit déjeuner et je me dirigerai vers un autre hôtel une prochaine fois ! D'autre part hôtel très bruyant car familles logées sur l'hôtel voisin et avec le beau temps, ils sont tous dehors et font énormément de bruits.

Accueil de qualité, petit déjeuner correct mais décevant au vu du prix. Le matelas n’était pas très confortable et malheureusement les voisins de chambre ont fait un tel bazar qu’il a été impossible de dormir entre 23h et 4h, puis a 6h30 de nouveau des cris. C’est dommage car le repas du soir était en terme de qualité/prix très correct

Chambre pratique pour 1 nuit. L endroit était calme. Chambre assez sommaire. Bien que rafraîchie, on voit bien qu il s agit d un hôtel ancien. Toutefois l essentiel était là, l endroit était propre et c est le principal. La demoiselle a l accueil était aimable.
