Located on the 5th floor (with lift), it has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a shower room and a south-facing balcony. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A living room with a double sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchenette with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower
- A separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan.
Outside:
- A 5 m² south-facing balcony to make the most of sunny days.
The flat is ideally located in Paris, in a very quiet street, 400 m from the Place de la République, 200 m from the Canal Saint-Martin and close to the Marais and Bastille districts. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park close to the studio (paying car park).

- Nearest metro station: République, Goncourt less than 500 m from the studio
- Nearest train station: Châtelet - Les Halles RER 30 min walk / Montparnasse about 30 min by car or public transport / Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord about 10 min by metro / Gare de Lyon about 10 min by car
- Nearest airport: Orly / Charles de Gaulle about 40-45 min by car
