The toilet and shower stopped working early during our stay, and no one answered my phone calls, texts, or emails asking for help. We are currently seeking a refund, as we had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodation. It has been over one week, and still no response. I really feel sad for the owner of the property, because it's a quaint flat in a great location. I suggest they find a different company to manage it.
