Si un objet est retrouvé et que l’envoi par courrier est demandé, des frais de 50 euros seront appliqués, en plus des frais postaux.

Any key loss or misplacement between 10 AM and 8 PM will incur a €50 fee.
After 8 PM, intervention is not guaranteed and will be charged with an additional surcharge.
If a locksmith is required and the guest is at fault, all costs will be entirely at their expense.

-Forgotten items
We accept no responsibility for any items left behind in the apartment.
If an item is found and the guest requests shipping, a €50 handling fee will be charged in addition to the postal fees.
