The apartment is in a great location - I loved looking out the bedroom window at the hustle and bustle of the Bristol Hotel - which has a taxi stand - so helpful for getting to the airport. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The enchanting terrace makes the living room feel quite large even though it wasn't warm enough to spend much time out there. The master bedroom is very comfortable.

This is a perfect spot for a small family to visit Paris. We stayed 4 nights and had everything we needed. Coming home after a long day of walking and touring, being able to have a glass of wine on the terrace is perfect! We would certainly stay here again when we return to Paris!

If you go to Paris and want to stay in the best location this is the place. You are less than 2 blocks from the presidential palace and across the street to La Bristol hotel. You are on the best street in Paris. Amazing communication with the host. The videos he has are very helpful to navigate the apartment with ease. Would stay again for sure.

Fabulous flat in great location. Close to 2 different metro stations and bus, as well as restaurants. Very secure, quiet location due to the presidential residence just down the block. Large room sizes, incl bathroom. Great place to relax after a fun day of sight seeing and shopping. Highly recommend!

Location was fantastic, the place was very spacious. Renovations made the place very dusty and I think we were the only people living in that building during this process. Other than that, we were really happy for the walking distance to everything!

Paris- Great Location

This was a perfect solution for my friend & I for our Paris adventure. It was in walking distance of so many things & being close to the Elysee Palace- quite safe! There was a bottle of wine, fruit & cookies awaiting us! The beds were comfortable. Having 2 bedrooms worked well as we had another person join us halfway through our visit. And though it was a little cold to use the terrace, what a great feature. I would definitely rent it again.

NYE in Paris in a great location!

We stayed 4 days in Paris during New Year's Eve. We had a great time. The apartment is in a great location. We were able to walk down to the Champs Elysees and watch the festivities with an easy walk back. The apartment is spacious and clean with plenty of space for 4 people. The seperate bedrooms was nice coming from a shared hotel room in London. John-Paul made the check-in process and use of the apartment easy with pre-made videos and a website with useful information about the apartment and the surrounding area. We would definetly stay here again.

Quite simply, WOW! David is a phenomenal host, sharing super helpful ‘how to’ videos ahead of time that made for a seamless check in. Plus he was incredibly responsive during our stay. The apartment itself exceeded our expectations. The location is superb. The rooms were a good size and the private outdoor space was priceless. Our check-in process was smooth & the owner was very communicative and efficient. The apartment is as described online. There were 2 issues upon arrival, one that the owner shared ahead of our check in and he was able to address them the very next day. The only downside was some street noise on our first night as there are businesses located on the same street and the first night, there was a truck loading & unloading.

This was our first time visiting Paris. We loved this apartment. The location was perfect - easy to get to Metro and we felt very, very safe. Great base for exploring Paris

This apartment was a perfect base for exploring Paris on foot and by Metro. My wife and myself, and our daughter and son-in-law, were very comfortable. The windows on the street block out street noise. The windows to the terrace let in fresh air. The dish washer and washer/dryer were very convenient. We enjoyed the common sitting area. The neighborhood is secure, elegant, and beautiful We really enjoyed our one week stay.
