In the event of complaints from neighbors or the police, tenants will be asked to leave the premises immediately, without the possibility of reimbursement. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. Thank you.

➡ Identity Verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent fraud.

➡ Children and Babies : Limited to 1 baby (under two years old) free of charge. If you have multiple babies, they will need to be added as "children."

Entries are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check-outs before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: 30 euros supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: 50 euros supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure Day : Final cleaning is included; we simply ask you to leave the accommodation in an appropriate condition, ensuring to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.

We loved our stay in Paris at this apartment. It was spacious and comfortable for our needs. It was easy to get to public transportation and the restaurants in the area were excellent. Yohann was very easy to communicate with and quick with responses to questions. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Paris.

Fabulous interior, well-stocked, wonderfully located Parisian apartment

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The interior of the apartment is tastefully appointed. The 3 bedrooms are nicely separated from each other. There is a large dining table and the kitchen has nice appliances, including a dishwasher, a good supply of pots, pans, utensils, knives, silverware. The washer and dryer are in a half bathroom with a large shower. Another bathroom has a small shower, and there is a WC next to the kitchen/dining room. The only downside was that there was no AC, but the owner supplied fans in every room.The apartment is very well located in the Northeast corner of the 2nd arondissement, right next to the 3rd, 10th, and 11th. It is a 2-minute walk to a metro stop with access to 3 lines. There are a plethora of restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, and shops within easy walking distance. While there are plenty of tourists in the area (especially in August, when we visited and many locals fled), we still felt like we got a good sense of what Parisian life is like.The women on the street to whom many reviews refer were typically gone by early evening. We never felt threatened by them or the very few potential customers we saw.

Nice place near historic part of Paris

The house is well maintained and has all the amenities for a family. We stayed here for a few days. Mickael helped with the checkin and took the time to provide all the information. Cafes/restaurants/metro are all walking distance.

Comfortable and accessible

This apartment was perfect for our family — the location couldn’t have been better. It offered all the comforts of home, making it easy to relax and settle in right away. Most attractions, restaurants, and shops were within walking distance or just a short ride on the metro, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this place again for a future visit.

Excellent apartment

This was our first time coming to Europe and to Paris. We didn’t know what to expect and we were a little uneasy about not staying in a hotel. This apartment is located in a building that appears to be transitioning. The apartment itself inside was very nice. We appreciated only one flight of stairs and the additional locking door downstairs for safety. The shower in the main bathroom was fantastic. The beds were comfortable and even without air conditioning, the apartment was cool. We did not cook, although there were a lot of items in the kitchen if we chose to. Two things we would have liked to have seen was hooks in the bathrooms to hang towels, shelves or trays in the shower to hold our toiletries. We were not fans of the couch as we prefer a more comfortable traditional couch instead of a modern couch. This however, is just personal taste. The location was great. We enjoyed easy access to grocery stores, pharmacies, cafés, and transportation. We appreciated the gentlemen checking us in as our train was late and traffic delayed us. He communicated many times reassuring us he would be there when we arrived. We would stay here again.

Awesome apartment. Clean and good location.

We stayed five nights. Plenty of room for the three of us. Close to Metro, and many great cafes and restaurants. Check-in and check-out process was easy - Mickael was very informative, not just about the apartment but also practical tips.

Perfect for Paris

Absolutely perfect apartment! Well equipped, super comfortable beds, quiet at night and lots of space for a family. We loved the vibrant, ethnically diverse neighbourhood and close proximity to food shops and the metro. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious apartment in a great location

This property is in a great location right next to the metro, with many amenities and restaurants nearby. It is a 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and the Louvre, direct line on the metro to the Eiffel Tower.Host was helpful, took time to explain everything, 2 sets of keys provided. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed to cook meals, and there was a washer and dryer as well as 2 bathrooms.We never felt unsafe, always plenty of people around in the area. Would recommend.

Nice apartment in a great location

Our stay was the first week of Jan 2025. Check in was great. Apartment was very nice, only one flight of stairs. We had 6 adults and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Just a few blocks to the metro station. Lots of bakery's, supermarkets and cafe's within a few blocks. No issues with the neighborhood. No issues with the apartment or the host. Wonderful gem close to metro with comfortable beds!

The Manray apartment fulfilled our needs. It’s close to metro and restaurants. The 2 showers and 2 toilets were beneficial. The beds are highly comfortable. There is not a negative but the only improvement could be written directions for the microwave, washer, dryer and tv. There was a lot of verbal information upon check in, with our jet lagged brains and it would have been nice to have that affirmation in writing to confirm if what we could remember was correct.

Large apartment-great location

The Manray house was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The location was excellent and it was easy to tour multiple tourist hot spots and near plenty of within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants. There were ladies waiting for men out front on the street but we always felt comfortable and safe. I wouldn't hesitate to book the Manray house again.

Good location, too loud to sleep

The interior is very clean, comfortable, good beds and linens. The neighborhood felt safe. The check in process was so easy, and they even allowed us to check in several hours early which was a huge help to not have to drag our luggage around. Coffee, sugar, and laundry soap provided. My biggest complaint was the noise. There are several businesses outside the property that played loud music and partied till after midnight the whole week we were there. The other problem was the people in the apartment above us sounded like they were hammering and moving furniture around all night, and I mean ALL night. As a result the four of us were exhausted the entire trip from joy sleeping. A bit disappointing… While the property owner was exceptional and the apartment was very nice, I would not ever stay there again.

Perfect stay for a girls long weekend

4 of us stayed in this spacious apt. We each had our own bed. Two of us shared a large bedroom, that had two double beds. The bathrooms were absolutely sufficient, as was the kitchen. (We were hardly there). The neighborhood had easy access to the metro, and shops close by. We felt that we were truly in Paris….with Parisians, Not tourists.

Great location; extremely responsive owner; wonderful trip

We had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property. The location is perfect -- close to numerous good restaurants, safe, and located right next to not just one but TWO of the main subway lines that access all major sites within the region. There are so many good things that I could say about this property, Yohann the owner, and our trip overall. Yohann the owner was just outstanding to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions, from the time we first reached out through the completion of the trip. The check in process was very easy, and Yohann arranged for somebody to meet us at the property to give us a tour of the home and guidance on how to get around the city. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and living quarters all were very clean, well appointed, and quite comfortable. It was like being at home. Also, the property is so versatile. It has a sophisticated decor great for adults, but also accommodates children very well. (We had three children with us, between the ages of 12 and 15.) I could go on and on, but to sum it up -- the property was exactly what we were looking for, and fulfilled and surpassed all expectations. Couldn’t have had better accommodations. Thank you.

Spacious flat convenient location

This was the perfect stay for our group with two small issues: one there was an insane amount of construction in the building and outside during the entirety of our stay, we were only informed a few days prior. This was very loud and disturbing the entire time. Two: due to the construction there were people in and around the building all throughout the day and night so it didn’t feel particularly safe. However I definitely believe this was an exception to the general feel of the apartment. Without this issue it would have been perfect for my group of colleagues in town for an event. Yohann and Mikael were very easy to communicate with and the place was very clean and convenient.

Perfect for our girls weekend in Paris

This flat was perfect for our stay in Paris. Check in was very thorough and was exactly as planned. The flat was very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and provided great rest from our busy sightseeing days. Our host was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend this flat!
