The studio is located on rue Claude Pouillet, a very quiet street close to the subway station Villiers, the Parc Monceau.
This nice and carefully decorated is conveniently located less than ten minutes from the Opera Garnier, Montmartre, Sacre Coeur, the Arc de Triomphe, Champs Elysées, department stores, Gare du Nord.
It can accomodate up to 2 persons. The living area comes up with a double sofa bed for 2, a table where you can have a nice dinner, wardrobe, cupboard & the open Kitchenette with cooktop, fridge with freezer, microwave, kitchen ustensil.
There is a bathroom with a shower cabin style, washbasin & toilet.
The flat has a TV and a WIFI connection.
Hair dryer, linen & towels provided.

The closest subway station Villiers (line 2 & 3) allows you to quickly reach any part of the city.

Nice, quiet, basic studio suitable for short stays

Overall I was pleased with my experience. They accommodated my late check-out request, the location was great, and though fairly bare bones, it corresponded to most of my needs. Two things were lacking. First, the water never got hot, only warm, this despite complaining twice and someone supposedly coming to fix it. I didn't mind only warm water for showering since the weather was hot, but I never felt like the dishes got totally clean. Second, there were very few basic supplies that are typically found in such rentals. The only items provided were dishwashing liquid and toilet paper. No paper towels, sponges, tissues, hand soap, or extra trash bags. Otherwise it's great for a single person who plans to get out and make the most of their time in Paris.

Overall pleased

Loved the location. Lots of cafes and small shops within walking distance. 20 minute walk to Moulin Rouge. 45 minute walk to the Louve. 2 subway entrances within a 5-7 minute walk. I arrived early and they let me check in early. Sheets were left in the fold up couch were dirty. But clean sheets in the closet. Shower and bathroom were small for my size. 5'11" 215 lbs. No shower curtain, so floor got quite wet. No toilet paper for 3 days. No fan for 4 days while almost 90° outside. I didnt cook at all during my 8 days there. But bed was quite comfortable for a pull out couch. Apartment would be small for anymore than 2 people i think. But I couldn't beat the price and it was during the Olympics. But had a great, relaxing time in Paris! Thank you.

Séjour étudiant de 3 mois pour un Erasmus. Suivi impécable de l'agence. Que cela soit pour la réception des clés, le nettoyage, le départ. Réponse dans les 24h pour tout mail envoyé. Studio chaleureux et propre dans un beau bâtiment. La rue est très calme. Beaucoup de commerces de proximités. Je recommande vivement!!
