Our new 70 sqm apartment, fully equipped, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!

Welcome to a character building, located in a cobbled and green courtyard, very quiet. It has a superb patio door and over 3 meters high ceiling!
Thanks to its 2 bedrooms, we can host up to 6 guests.

The location is one of the most lively areas of the city, close to many restaurants, bars and major concert halls and theaters (New Morning, Splendid, Grand Rex, Comedy Club...)

The Space:
- Apartment located in a first floor with no elevator.
- Crib kit (crib + mattress + fitted sheets) is available upon request for 20€ per entire stay.
