Hotel propre, accueil courtois et rapide. Les couchages sont confortables. Salle de bain et wc ok. Petit déjeuner varié et bon (sauf les oeufs brouillés qui sont plutôt des oeufs lyophilisés et réhydratés). PAR CONTRE , la climatisation était en panne dans tout l'hotel et il faisait une chaleur terrible dans les chambres, du coup on a mal dormi

Un énorme mégot de cigarette dans ma chambre sur la moquette à mon arrivée. Ménage effectué entre mes 2 jours de séjours alors que j’avais mis sur la poignée l’écriteau prévu à cet effet pour qu’il ne soit pas fait. Service globale déplorable, aucune attention envers les clients.

Took 20 mins to check in as both staff were on first day so not their fault but very slow Room was so hot as air con didn’t work and window could not be opened Dreadful nights sleep

The room was hot and even when asked for AC it was not provided. The area is unsafe and dirty. I would not recommend staying in that area. They don’t provide milk or water bottles in rooms and limited tea and coffee. I came for a birthday and they don’t provide anything for celebration even when asked prior. Terrible experience, never again!

we vonden de balie medewerkster erg brutaal en weinig moeite om je helpen ,werkte averechts niets kon geregeld worden, omdat er geen winkels in de buurt waren vroegen een cola dat kon 7.50 euro terwijl het eigenlijk 4 euro zo werden we afgezet door de balie

Très moyen

La chambre est très bien, propre et confortable. Par contre les membres du personnel ne sont pas assez nombreux et ne connaissent pas toujours les process de l'hôtel. Du coup, l'attente est récurrente. Par ailleurs, le petit déjeuner est très médiocre : peu de choix (pas de yaourt, d'œuf ou de salade de fruit) , le manque de personnel fait que les aliments manquants ne sont pas toujours remplacés, machine à café en panne.....
