This duplex is reachable through a long courtyard on the ground level . it features a large living room space with a fully equipped kitchen opening to a 50 m2 private garden with its own terrace -even during a heat wave the apartment remains cool with the garden-. The full bathroom is on the same level, The bedroom with a queen bed is reachable with a spiral starcase. There is a separate washer and dryer in the apartment , Enjoy the tremendous comfort and convenience of this charming retreat in the heart of the city but totally away from street noise. The immediate neighborhood has plenty to offer with a daily farmers market ( le marche mouffetard), plenty of bistrots and bakers and the convenience of three metro lines at walking distance ( 5, 7 and 10 ). We will meet for check in at the apartment and remain available throughout your stay if need be.
Please be aware of the contractual 40 euro for any check in before 1pm and after 9pm. If the apartment is not rented the night before the 40 euro applies in all cases. If the apartment is rented the night before we do not charge the early check in, we can check you in starting 10am, keep your luggage but ask you to leave the apartment until the cleaning is finished i.e., around 1pm.
