I was quite disappointed with my recent stay, especially given the reputation of the Radisson Blu brand. When I first arrived, I found a pillow stained with blood and noticed that the body wash hadn’t been refilled. I had to request replacements, which should have been taken care of before check-in. Housekeeping did replace the stained sheets the next day (I have photos of this), but it was still an unpleasant first impression. In addition, there were multiple bugs in the room (photos attached), and I was bitten several times during the night. This was one of the most concerning parts of my stay. The room itself also had some design and safety issues: the shaving mirror was placed in a very awkward position, and the bathtub was unusually high and extremely slippery—making it a real safety hazard when trying to step in or out. Overall, my stay was far below expectations for a Radisson Blu property. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves both room maintenance and cleanliness standards.

Short stay in Paris

Nice hotel & well located for access to Orly Airport and centre of Paris via Metro link. Room was nice. Breakfast good except for quality of bacon served which was poor. Otherwise all good.

Very disappointing stay. The blanket had blood stains and the toilet was blocked. We informed the staff at night but they did nothing to help. We were traveling with two small children and this caused major inconvenience. Poor hygiene and poor service. Not recommended.

Mal servicio . El personal de recepción SIN RESPUESTA Y SE METÍAN EN LA OFICINA QUE ESTÁ JUSTO DETRÁS DEL MOSTRADOR sin prestar asistencia y atención a los huéspedes . Hab 533 sin agua de tomar ningún día en nevera . Todos los días tuvimos que bajar nosotros los huéspedes a buscar nuestra propia agua y hielo YA QUE NOS RESPONDÍAN QUE NO HABÍA SERVICIO A LA HABITACIÓN . Pregunto ? Es un HOTEL 4 ⭐️? Respondan ? Nunca vi supervisión ni gerencia . Mala Experiencia .
