Super logement bien situé

Check in très pratique. Appartement très spacieux, bien équipé, literie confortable. Et surtout bien isolé. On apprécie les 2 wc et les 2 salles d’eau.

Die Wohnung innen war sehr nett eingerichtet. Die Betten sehr bequem. Leider der Regelmäßige morgendliche Feuerfehlalarm war ziemlich beunruhigend. Der tägliche fettige Geruch von Asiatischen Restaurants war sehr eklig und störend. Man konnte kein Fenster öffnen. Die Nächte extrem laut ( schlafen) mit geschlossenen Fenster. Klimaanlage den ganzen Aufenthalt defekt, zwar durch Ventilatoren ersetzt aber hat nichts gebracht. Wir sind ziemlich enttäuscht von der Unterkunft. Der Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es ist nicht alles Gold was glänzt.

Nice place but lacking basics and cimmunicatio

It’s a great place, but the lack of basic things that they advertise having and lack of communication was very disheartening for the price we paid. The air conditioning didn’t work the entire trip and u chose this place for air conditioning and there has been no communication to my complaints. No shampoo in either bathroom for four of the five days, no toilet paper last two days of trip, and blow dryers didn’t work.

Place was great. Highly recommend the Chinese fondue place across the street. So good. Scanning the barcode to get in can be tricky but mage it work. Nice just few blocks from metro. Clean and comfortable. What we needed.

The location was great the apartment was ok, the only bad thing was we ordered a terrace room but we were down graded given no prior notice first time that ever happened you normally get a up grade so not very happy because it was one of the reasons we picked the place,when we contacted the property owner they were quick to respond and apologetic but how can you double book a room or was it pure greed as someone else booked it for longer ??? As we were down graded we were put on a lower floor right next to the lift it drove us bananas the rooms are advertised as sound proof no there not between the lift and the noise from the road it was hard to sleep,the front door QR code was useless and after spending 20min at the front door someone from the staff finally let us in she wasn’t too happy been disturbed and ended up given us a key card ,we meet other people with the same problem getting in,there’s plenty of room for improvement at this property

Bra beliggenhet midt i den 13. distriktet med grei tilgang til t-bane inn til sentrum. Leiligheten er forholdsvis nytt. 24- timers resepsjon. Personalet er hyggelig. Var svært misfornøyd da leiligheten ikke ble rengjort på forespørsel, slik det stod i hotels.com (rengjøring på forespørsel). Jeg forespurt om rengjøring 3 dager på rad, men fikk beskjed fra hotellet om at det gjelder kun hvis de har kapasitet. Vi bodde der i 7 dager uten rengjøring. Den hyggelige resepsjonisten beklaget misforståelsen og tilbydde oss et par flaske vann.

La communication avec l’hôtel pour les formalités d’enregistrement a été désastreuse. Obligé d’attendre à la porte plusieurs minutes avant de pouvoir entrer. À part ça l’hébergement est moderne, propre et spacieux.

Parking is the major barrier anywhere in Paris. The hotel is awesome. We had a 4th floor balcony view two-bedroom apartment. It was clean and very nice with modern appliances. The staff was really helpful. Once we got the hang of the QR code (wave hand to light keypad and aim QR code 15cm away to unlock) we were good. The food is diverse in the area and we loved the neighborhood. There is a patisserie across the street with amazing croissants and desserts. The only thing I’d want a little different is the air conditioning is set to not go below 22C so given it was 97F in Paris each day, we wanted the room cooler. I emailed but did not get a response. Otherwise we loved our stay! When we ran into staff, they were extremely helpful! Would stay here again! Close to central Paris by train, but far enough to avoid the extreme business of the central area.
