スタッフの皆さん、とても親切でスピーディーでした。何一つ不自由することなく過ごせました。ホテルの中やお部屋、バスルームも素晴らしく素敵なのと同時に機能的で最高です。バスルームの中まで音楽を選んで聞けたのも、とてもリラックス出来ました。また泊まりたいです。

Simply put, it was an incredible experience and worth splurging for if you’re ever in Paris. Never have we felt so welcomed at a hotel at every level. In an establishment with so many guests, you somehow felt like you were the most important.

Personnel très présent et aimable Lobby , salons, escaliers, chambre , piscine bien aménagés et décorés Très bel emplacement dans un quartier de luxe. Quelques suggestions pour améliorer l’attractivité: - Prix excessifs et petits déjeuners à inclure - cadre ,ambiance sonore et qualité culinaire du dîner insuffisant pour un palace. - Rampe de l’escalier côté Cambon noircit fortement les mains - Pierre partiellement moisie dans le hammam -PQ à changer( multicouche)

昨年と同じ部屋が用意されており、スタッフの対応もいつもながら申し分ない。 ところが、メインレストランのレスパドンのDinnerが楽しみで行ったのに、今夏から月火は夜は夜はお休みとか。数か月前の予約が行く前でしたが、メールで突然キャンセルされたのには驚いた。Lunchに変更。ショップの日本人スタッフが代わりのお薦めを予約してくれたのには感謝！

屋根裏部屋
もともとHP写真掲載のsuprior roomを予約していた。check in時に部屋を2 grade upしたと言われて行ってみると、実際は使われているのか使われているのか分からない屋根裏部屋であった。窓も小さく、ドアも壊れており、すぐ部屋を変更するようにお願いしたが、満員なので翌日までできないと言われた。翌日3時までには変更できると言われていたが、3時になっても部屋が用意されておらずブチ切れ。 結局4時以降に写真掲載通りの部屋に案内された。ブチ切れてからの対応はよく、今回前撮り撮影で宿泊したのだが、ウェディングドレスをかけるハンガーがなかったので、部屋の壁に服をかけるフックをつけてもらった(突貫工事) 撮影に関してもちゃんとGuest Relationのmanagerがでてきて、親切に対応してもらった。撮影自体は満足のできるものであった。 ただ初日の部屋に関しては、あれで一泊10万以上はない。

Simply The Best
Amazing property. The Ritz is legendary and for good reason. The staff meets or exceeds one's expectation. I am spoiled and will not consider another property on my next visit to Paris. Head and shoulders, simply the best.
