The room was spacious but I have difficulty closing the shower door, which is easy for water to get out on the floor. The breakfast food has high quality, but unfortunately the service not so much. However, the location was really nice and convenient.

Honest review
Honestly the only reason I will book this hotel will be for the location and the swimming pool. It has one of the best location, right in front of Tuilerie garden and close to metro. The pool was fine, the steam room as well. However, the service and room quality was not so ideal during my 2 night stay. I understand it is an old building, but some of it might need an update. I absolutely hated the fact that you couldn’t properly close the shower door; no matter how hard you push it, there’s a not so small gap, which left the bathroom extremely wet. I had breakfast at the hotel. The quality of the food provided was great, even though there wasn’t much to choose from. However, the server was impatient and rude, which is not a good way to start my day. Also, I don’t understand why some of the tables have various kinds of tea presented at the table, while no body even asked if I want coffee or tea. Of course I can pour myself some at the buffet, but it is confusing. Also, the worst thing during a meal is when someone stare at you constantly. It’s uncomfortable to have waiters constantly stare at you, if you want to collect the plates, please do, if not please leave or be more welcoming. Last but not least, it took me a whole 40 minutes to complete my check out. There was some technical issues and misunderstanding. That wasted a lot of our time. The hotel could be more efficient and welcoming to say the least.

酒店前台小姐姐超级漂亮,每次出入酒店前台也会给客人打招呼,房间总体面积小了一点,WIFI比较慢,位置非常好,距离卢浮宫只有2分钟的步行路程

飯店位置靠近羅浮宮
我們住了4晚的Junior Suite,房間很大很舒適。但飯店的冷氣設備壞了,因此提供移動式冷氣機給我們。移動式冷氣機需要有熱氣管排出廢氣,因此房間窗戶不能關閉,飯店外面的吵雜聲音、附近餐廳的味道都會飄進房間裏,令人受不了。

We arrived the hotel around 2.30pm but we were told our rooms weren't ready which is very confusing because we had to wait for the rooms to get ready from a tiring day we had. I did not want to wait so I took a room in the ground floor which was not what I paid for and it disappointed me for its poor location. The room is just right next to the end of hall way to the staff rest area and the exit/entrance to dining room. I could hear people walk by or talking all the day. Highly recommend do not take the rooms from the ground floor because I should have ask the hotel to give me discount on the room fares since they assigned me a room type which is not I booked from hotels.com

Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!

Fantastic hotel with great service. I booked what I thought was a pretty standard room, and it was great. I had a separate sitting area, with a very large bedroom. Great bathroom, wonderful stand up shower and separate bath. Lovely view over the central courtyard. The location was top - overlooking the Tuilliries. I could not recommend the pool enough, either.

Hotellet ligger perfekt, tæt ved Louvre. En swimmingpool i kælderen giver mulighed for ar friske sig op efter dagens ture ude i byen. Selv intet af de mindre værelser kan man føle sig som en fyrste. Er lille minus er, at værelsernes stand kunne være bedre

Excellent all around property in superior location on Rivoli adjacent to Tuileries. Easy walking and metro. Very comfortable room with sizable bathroom. Exceptional team was very helpful. Part of the reason to choose this hotel was the fitness / spa and the fitness part is all but absent. A few aged machines were present and some were not working. It was a major disappointment.

Beautiful property. The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for being downtown near the Arc de Triomphe! Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Paris.

Location is superb. Directly across the street from toullerie metro and the gardens where you can see the entrance to the louvre just meeting the arch. The rooms were spacious and quite modern but had that special Parisian flare maintained as seen in the windows that open inward. This allows for air and a bit of noise. But it was not an inconvenience! Gael at concierge was so kind and helpful! The food in the restaurant on premises was not good. But the location of the hotel is so great there are plenty of other options!

Will be back
Had a wonderful stay here. We were met by the nicest people who was happy to help us with anything. Even changed our room to one that was closer to the elevator as my boyfriend had sprained his ankle. Didn't eat breakfast so can't say anything about that. The room was so big! Even bigger than we imagined. The pool and steam sauna is something everyone should try out. Onky downside was the cleaning. The shower had not been cleaned properly, but it didn't take me more than 2 minutes to do myself. I'm guessing it simply was a slight slip-up. Other than that we where both very, very happy. Will definitly come back.

Service assez décevant. Un chauffeur nous attendait devant l'hòtel et nous avons été prévenus 40 min après: Chambre non nettoyée vers 16h. Piscine très agréable. Quartier très sympathique.

Le chauffeur qui s'était présenté pour vous nous avait communiqué un nom différent de celui de votre réservation de chambre et nous ne l'avions pas dans notre système. Nous avions demandé au chauffeur s'il avait un autre nom à nous communiquer mais il n'en avait pas et n'avait pas votre numéro de téléphone pour vous contacter. Nous sommes navrés du manquement de service de chambre et allons en informer notre Gouvernante Générale.
