We were very disappointed to discover: moldy bathroom (shower, floor, walls). Very poor dishes/cutlery (missing, chipped, bent, scratched, old). Non-functional towel warmer, Tv remote, smoke alarm (detached), apartment fan button, under-cabinet light, shower light. Broken and dangerous cabinet door. Broken bedside lamp (found later in shoe cabinet). Fridge freezer needs de-icing. Clearly poor oversight of this apartment.The bed was good; main heater and air conditioner functional. The apartment has a high humidity/ condensation issue. It is not well vented. The italian-style shower is a major contributor to this problem. The host did respond to my requests for replacement or missing items (dishes and other supplies) but nobody was too concerned that we reported a dirty, moldy bathroom. And it was only after a 2nd request that someone came to attemp to repair any non-functioning appliances, which still were not repaired (except Tv remote). Inaccuracy of the listing: there is no "balcony" and the crawl-space should never be used for anyone to sleep in.
