Set in a classically Haussmannian residential building in the 17th arrondissement, this sun-drenched, expansive two-bedroom apartment is the very picture of Parisian refinement. Wide-open living spaces, modern décor and proximity to attractions like Parc Monceau and Musée Cernuschi make this luxuriant home a true tour de force.
LIVING & DINING AREA
In a room full of beautiful features, fixtures and furniture, it’s a remarkable feat that the windows can steal the show. Three arched, art-deco-esque floor-to-ceiling windows offer a portal to the street below, and the direct sunlight throws shadows all over the tasteful furniture and chevron parquet flooring. Understated Scandi-inspired pieces like the sofa and dining table are standouts, while a cherry-red lounging chair has pride of place in front of the largest window.
KITCHEN
Walk through sweeping double doors to arrive in the kitchen and dining space. Leathery browns, tans and whites are the key colours in here, and flashes of brass make themselves known in the pendant lights and tapware. A smaller breakfast table is set against a booth-style bench seat, which backs onto the well-appointed kitchen complete with amenities including a microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher.
BEDROOMS
A visually pleasing symmetry is presented in the principal bedroom, where a king-sized bed sits between two sets of shelves. Opposite, off-white inset cabinets stretch from wall to wall. The primary bathroom is a study in blue, with navy textured tiles and a wash basin set on a blue counter. This bathroom also features a bath with overhead shower, while the bedroom en-suite bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and a contemporary bowl-shaped wash basin. There are two separate WCs as well as a dedicated laundry room.
