Huge Disappointmnet!
I regret to inform you that our experience was far from satisfactory, and I want to let others know what to expect if you decide to rent this unit.
Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find a lack of basic amenities that are essential for a comfortable stay. We were provided with two bath towels and two foot towels, leaving us with inadequate supplies for personal hygiene and necessitating repeated reuse. Additionally, there were no pillows, forcing us to make do with cushions. Furthermore, the absence of additional bedsheets left us with winter blankets that were unsuitable for the climate.
The ventilation in the apartment was extremely inadequate, exacerbating the discomfort caused by the hot weather. Opening the windows was not a viable solution due to privacy concerns.
Master bedroom Not only did it suffer from water damage, but there was also a complete lack of ventilation, resulting in a persistently damp and musty odor. This rendered the room practically uninhabitable and made it impossible for us to utilize this space during our stay.
Unprofessional Conduct of Manager: To our utter dismay, we experienced unprofessional and harassing behavior from the manager during our stay. The manager made a distressing phone call at 2:00 AM, during which he issued threats and implied that he would send individuals to "deal" with the situation. This unwarranted behavior caused immense distress and a significant breach of trust, leaving us feeling unsafe and violated.

Je ne recommande pas du tout le logement et bien mais le gérant et mal honnête et un voleur.
Le gérant a essayer de me faire du chantage pour une chose qui est complètement fausse, il me demander 100€ Ou bien il fait sauter la caution j’ai refusé il a donc essayez de faire sauter la caution de 1000€ en disant que j’ai fumé dans la maison et qu’il y avait des trous ce qui est complètement faux !! Le logement et bien mais le gérant et mal honnête et un voleur, faite donc attention et prenez bien vidéo avant votre départ ce que je fais !.

Neighborhood apartment
The apartment was in a good location, if you want the experience of being in a neighborhood and away from tourist. The metro was less than a 10-minute walk. Grocery stores, restaurants, bakery and a laundromat are a short walk away. The apartment was somewhat disappointing. There were several things that were not working, like the sink stopped up, dishwasher, and the washing machine broke while we were there. Additionally, the sheets were stained and there was evidence of water damage on the lower level. The owner did not fix any of these issues during our stay. It did not feel like it was prepared for paying expected guest.

Great little neighborhood
Super convenient area with restaurants, groceries, and cafes everywhere. Short walk to buses and metro. The apartment is comfortable. Bed downstairs is double, so for two adults, it would be cozy but doable. Nice safe building with multiple coded doors. If you have mobility issues, the steps might bother you as you need to go up and down them to use the shower or sleep in the bed. It was fine for us though, and we enjoyed our stay! Cozy. Safe. Quiet. Warm on a rainy cold day. All the amenities including great tv channels for every language for that downtime from sight seeing.

Good place, lots of room and amenities, short walk to metro.
Roku tv in living room and bedroom was nice, big kitchen and couch. Bedroom and shower together in basement got a bit damp after a shower but was not a big issue. Bed wasn’t the best I’ve slept on but did the job. Check in and check out was simple. Would consider this location when back to visit.
