responsable Expédia Nous avons réservé un appartement à Paris le TBS 11 Abritel 145818035 (ref :!00DC00PxQg.!500PEOYkcYB :ref) - Charming apartment in the heart of Paris 7Un montant Un montant de 365,20 euro a été prélevé immédiatement sur notre carte de crédit ce qui n’est pas la norme. À notre arrivé, nous avons constaté que nous avions 5 étages à gravir dans des conditions difficiles. Escalier étroit, marche brisée, palier étroit au 5ième embarrassé d’une base de lit et d’une trottinette. Dans l’appartement un divan lit comme seul lit. À l’examen, le divan était dans un état de propreté douteuse. À l’inspection du lit, une poussière abondante sur la structure, à l’inspection du matelas un insecte se déplaçait sur le matelas. Cela m’a suffit, j’ai dit à ma conjointe. On ne couche pas ici. Nous avons donc avisé le responsable à partir du numéro de téléphone que nous avions que nous quittions l’endroit dans l’immédiat. Alors je crois qu’il serait normal de nous rembourser complètement puisque le logement inadéquat est devenu libre à ce moment et que la situation est hors de notre contrôle.
