Disliked: Communication

The location is fantastic, and the apartment was as described. The biggest issues were that the Wifi didn’t work, and nobody came to fix it even after sending a note to the management company. Additionally, the communication was poor from the company overall. We arrived at 9 PM and couldn’t get into the apartment because the welcome link was not working. The welcome message said they were reachable until 10 PM but didn’t respond to my messages until the next day, and didn’t pick up the phone when I called both given phone numbers. Thankfully, another family was able to let us in and help so we could have a place for the night but this was an absolutely unacceptable process and the failure to have people ready to answer and help was disappointing and potentially dangerous.
