No Air Conditioning / No Fan
Overall, the unit is practically brand new. From finishes and fixtures to bedding and furniture, this is a brand new flat!!! 2 Private bedrooms & a nice size kitchen and living area.We loved that the access to the unit is right from the street so if you use a taxi or Uber, they will easily pick you up right in front of your door, made grocery shopping and going about to and from a huge help. Would be a life saver with kids! Literally 2 steps into the unit from the street.The biggest negative is that there was no air-conditioning and it happened to be in the 90s Fahrenheit the week we were in Paris. We were disappointed that the unit said it had a fan, but there was no fan and after letting the company know three days before our departure no fan was ever delivered to us.Just like anything in a busy city, it’s really loud during the day so don’t expect to do a lot of Day sleeping unless you have a noise cancellation machine.There is a washing machine, but there’s no dryer and nowhere to hang wet clothes, that was super annoying as well as we thought we’d have access to the courtyard that’s just off of one of the bedrooms.We are hopeful that the property management company will address these issues and that would truly have made our stay one to remember. Right now we are returning home frustrated and a little taken advantage of.
