Just about all the reviews for this apartment are accurate - that is to say, it's perfect for some, terrible for others. If you are like me who only need a bed and a shower at the cheapest possible rate, it's great. Others should be warned - this place should not be booked for more than two people. It's listed as sleeping four, which technically is possible, but it's hard to imagine four people simply standing in this one very small room (the bed is a loft up a ladder, and the couch is where the other two presumably sleep). The room, which includes the kitchen, is maybe 8x12 feet. The bathroom is so small that one cannot sit on the toilet except sideways, or have the door wide open. The entire place is as tidy as is possible, I suppose, considering the amount of stuff crammed into every corner - all the host's clothing, copious disney knickknacks and, yes, there is a neon sign on the wall. One gets the strong sense of living in a teenage girl's bedroom, which as a middle aged dude was slightly unnerving.On the plus side, the host always answered my texts promptly and was very friendly and open, and even messaged once to make sure everything was fine the day I arrived. The shower was hot with good pressure, the few appliances I used all worked (though there were some basics missing from the kitchen - no frying pan, very limited glassware and plates, and yes, the glasses and single bowl were all disney themed). The white tile floor is in need of professional cleaning.
