超級差勁的飯店，整體給人的感覺糟透了。我們下午三點check-in的時候，給我們的房間居然還沒準備好，我們拿著房卡到了房間，還看到清潔人員在整理浴室，床單沒鋪好，枕頭套也沒套上。櫃檯人員也沒幫我們換房間，叫我們拖著行李站在走廊等候。進去房間之後，發現枕頭套上面有頭髮，浴室的沐浴乳也沒了，還好我們有自己帶沐浴乳。當天巴黎很熱，房間的空調是壞的，我們向櫃檯反應，第一次他說應該可以了，但是其實空調還是沒動靜。我又向櫃檯反應第二次，並要求換房間，結果櫃檯人員口氣很差，吼我並且說沒辦法，因為房間都是滿的，我們就只能繼續忍受高溫直到半夜才睡著。這真的是一個糟透了的經驗，以後我們再也不會來住這一家飯店了！ A Terrible Hotel Experience This was a horribly disappointing hotel — the overall experience was awful. When we checked in at 3 PM, our room wasn’t even ready. We went to the room with our key card only to find a cleaner still working in the bathroom. The bed sheets weren’t laid, and the pillowcases hadn’t been put on. The front desk didn’t offer to change our room either — they just told us to wait in the hallway with our luggage. When we finally entered the room, we found hair on the pillowcases and discovered there was no shower gel in the bathroom. Luckily, we had brought our own. That day in Paris was very hot, and the room’s air conditioning was broken. We reported it to the front desk. The first time, they said it should be fine now — but nothing changed. I reported it again and asked for a room change, but the staff member responded rudely, even shouting at me and saying there was nothing they could do because the hotel was fully booked. We were forced to endure the heat and couldn’t fall asleep until midnight.This was a truly terrible experience. We will never stay at this hotel again!

Two things I want the hotel to improve 1. When I contacted the hotel for a pickup shuttle bus, the staff did not say I needed to book through an app or pay. When I arrived at the pick-up spot, the driver told me that my name was not on the reservation. But he was very kind to let me take the shuttle and pay at the hotel. Clear instructions must be provided to the customer, especially since the contact was via message! 2. I received a phone call from the front desk at 11:30 pm when I was asleep, because I had to catch a very early flight in the morning. The staff asked whether I had seen a bag that did not belong to me. It was a very strange question, and he said that the previous customer had lost a bag. I clarified that the cleaning staff did not see anything in my room before I checked in. I felt very uneasy, and this phone call disrupted my sleep. This was really poor handling by the front desk staff in this matter, and a bad experience for me! The staff should not call a customer late at night with this weird reason.

The location is perfect, walking distance from several stations and the airport Roissy Bus stop. The room is modern and clean and tidy. The amenities are of high quality. The staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. The only downside is that there were some construction work going on at the hotel and totally blocking all the view of the room and occasionally there were workers right outside our windows. We basically kept our curtains closed during our entire stay.
