「フロントのスタッフの方、若い男性お２人、若い女性の方１名に対応していただいたのですが、３名とも素晴らしかったです！！！ お勧めの観光地に関しても、お勧めの理由、行き方など詳しく教えてくださり、地図にマークもしてくださり、助かりました！また、チェックアウト後にも、観光のためにスーツケースを快く預かってくださり、私達が帰りの飛行機に間に合うよう、タクシーも手配してくださったり、私のスマホの充電までしてくださり、安心して帰途に向かう事ができました。 観光の起点としても便利で、隣に美味しいレストランもありました。 エッフェルヤードホテルを選んで、本当に良かったです！！！」

「Sergio who checked us in was most friendly and courteous and even upgraded us from a studio to a 1 bedroom apartment with a view of the Sacre Coeur.. It was spacious, clean and very comfortable and in a very convenient location with much available in the immediate vicinity.. It is important to say the property does have a lift to all floors - we were on the fourth floor so were glad to have that.」

「The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.」

「The hotel room is painted black and low lighting so without the curtains open and daylight hours you couldn’t see very well. The shower head was uncontrollable and sprayed all over the floor with no shelving to put soap or shampoo. NO elevator so luggage had to be carried up many flights of narrow dark stairs, ok if you only have one small bag but we are travelling for three weeks and had 4 piece's of large luggage at 50 lbs each and my husband couldn’t believe it!
