「We really liked the location, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. The main drawback was that the rooms were quite small and lacked some basic amenities. The bathroom did not include shampoo or conditioner, and there was no iron available in the room. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but a few additional amenities would have made the experience much more comfortable.」

「My son and I spent 8 nights at the Eiffel Yard Hotel. The room and the bathroom were beautiful. The shower was fantastic. The hotel is close to many points of interest and restaurants. It is also close to the Metro and there is a taxi stop right in front of the hotel. The staff is very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay such a wonderful experience.」

「首先酒店職員服務態度非常好，十分友善和很有禮貌。酒店附近食肆林立，很多選擇，行街購物也十分方便。酒店房間寬敞舒適和清潔乾淨整齊。不過酒店餐廳清潔就有待改善，原因是我發現盛載橙汁嘅玻璃杯既然留下之前住客嘅紅唇印在杯上，員工沒有洗乾淨及檢查，真是嚇了一跳，十分噁心。再加上有蒼蠅在食物上飛來飛去，令人不安。」
