"Hotel was lovely. All you need for a stay in Kraków when you are mostly only sleeping in the room! Reception staff were friendly & helpful at check-in and whenever else we needed to speak to them. Room was nice - could have done with the extra single bed being removed as it made the place pretty cluttered but i saw the same room without it & they had a sofa in its place. Bathroom was big & shower water pressure was fab! The water dispenser in reception was a great addition when you come back to room late at night & realise how dehydrated you are!! Didn't eat breakfast so can't comment on that. Only downside was the difference in price from when we booked it & paid on booking, compared to friends who booked on same day, same price quoted but paid on arrival & were £40 cheaper!! Madness! Can't complain as we still got a good deal. Very central - 10-15 mins walk to square, castle and jewish quarter in opposite direction."

"B&B Centrum is an excellent place to stay when visiting Krakow Old Town. All the staff where first class they couldn't do enough for you. We were there for 3 days and 2 nights and there were different reception staff on each occasion, but all were excellent. Was a small selection of items to purchase if needed, IE water, snacks, sweets. Their breakfast is first class, the selection would suit all tastes from hot food to cold. There was always ample amount of choice plus they always restocked. Highly recommend the breakfast. One of the best from our many stays in Europe. The location is also excellent to visit the many sites, which can easily be done on foot. Transport is convenient with buses and trams, which are right outside the hotel. A cafe is just across the road too."
