The room needs updates, bathtub faucet very hard to operate and windows wouldn’t open. It’s a great location and that’s the best part about the room.

Not bad

Overall not bad. Only confusing this getting to room since you have to input multiple codes for the security doors but other than that, it is as advertised

Super close to slopes. Clean, allowed early access and late checkout. Convenient parking.pool and hot tub nice. Definitely not high end, but the snow was the only amenity we were interested in.

Great location!

You cannot beat the location of this condo. You can literally walk out of the front door and hit the slopes. The staff of Vacasa were always extremely helpful when every assistance was needed. The furnishing and decorations of this condo are however extremely dated.

Great location

The location slope side (ski in and ski out) can not be beat. I also liked ease of renting from Breeze just steps away. I highly recommend grabbing your skis the night before. The accommodations were perfect for a ski weekend with my daughter. The kitchen had appliances and baking/cooking ware for just what we needed for making dinner each night. I have it 4 stars because of cleanliness, which could have been better. Would stay there again for the very reasonable price.

True Ski In/ Ski Out but

Be forewarned: o there is no luggage cart/dolly in the entire complex. so, travel light (kinda hard for a skiing vacation) o there is silverware for at least eight people but there are only three place settings for plates, bowls, etc. Furnishings are old, dated and worn but serviceable. Bed is okay not terrible comfy but not terrible either. Did I mention the place is a TRUE ski in/ski out. We (two of us) would stay again for a short period again given the price and the ski in/ski out.

Hard to beat location

My wife and I stayed here with our 12 year old son. Perfect for a couple or small family. The location right at PC base would be tough to beat and the bus to town or Deer Valley is practically at the door step. The only negative experience we had was the lack of clear instructions on parking and laundry. The front desk was quite helpful though. Parking is conveniently located directly below the unit. There is no “in unit” laundry. However, coin washer/dryer (for those wishing to pack a little lighter) is available in the complex on the second floor above the unit. Overall the unit was clean, convenient and perfect for our needs. We’ll definitely be back.

The location is obviously perfect if you are looking for a ski in ski out place but it has some gotchas..for instance dont expect to sleep in past 6:30 am, very noisy due to it being next to the breezeway that accesses the lifts. You can also hear any noise made by neighbors. As far as condition of the unit..its a pretty standard rental management ran condo. Chairs are old and one fell apart on us, numerous weird stains on them as well, bed was comfy, kitchen utensils and pans are very worn/ tired. Flooring was also in poor shape. Overall it is what it is but the owner needs to spend some money to get it back into shape which is probably why its soo cheap.

Terrible Management Company

The unit itself is actually fine. The management company (Vacasa) never emailed me the check in procedures. They sent the room code to access but no information about where or how to find the room. I called the customer service number and waited on hold and gave up after about 15 minutes of waiting. I tried the text feature but the person on the other end was no help at all. I ended up wandering around the complex of shops and condos, tires and sweaty, for 30 minutes. There is no front desk. By chance, a maintenance guy showed me where my room was and I was able to get in. Definitely will never rent from a Vacasa property again, and will now only stay in places with on-site help.

This place is gross!

The image of this place has used a filter. It does not show the stained mattress, the worn out finish on the furniture, the sofa that is probably 25 years old, or the general smell of the place. They gave us a one day notice about construction, even though we had booked several weeks in advance. We were driving/traveling and had no way to actually inquire about this. The construction in the hallways and elevator areas was extensive, and felt like a ghost town. We were not comfortable staying here, and we were not refunded. The place would only be suitable for a bunch of college boys!

Quite and cozy

Nice apartment with a fully functional kitchen. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. The whole building seemed to be under construction, but it was still very quite. The 20 min walk to Main Street was easy and it was nice to have the option to get on the bus, right by the condo. Overall, a good place to stay. Seems like it would be an ideal spot for ski season.

The property has a great location. The room is nice, with a full kitchen and enough space for 4 people. However, the main AC was not working and there was a portable AC unit, but I think this is a hassle to set up and take care of it when you are in the middle of your vacation. I went in the summer, and there were renovations going on on the property (not a nice ambiance around), but I guess this is temporary. Two things were very bad: a very high fee for a missing parking tag ($400), which is too much for a piece of plastic that can be easily misplaced. And a non-responsive contact from Vacasa (I sent her a couple of texts and she never reply back).

Great location, night noise and could be cleaner

Seriously right at the Park City Resort ski lifts...stones throw. Nice view out window, comfortable bed, newer appliances, and decent furniture. The fireplace worked great and fast, and the thermostat for the furnace was great as well. Most of the unit is late 90s and tired (floor, trim, cabinets, windows, eating/cooking wares). The bathroom and hallway was new tile but old fixtures, cabinets, and trim. There was hair on the towels and in the bed (definitely not ours), along with a faint but persistent urine smell. Also, bring earplugs unless you sleep really heavy. The snow plows are plowing the parking lot and around the base lifts from about 2:30 - 4:30 am each night. You hear the scraping and the reverse beeping most of that time. I think if the linens were clean and no urine smell I would have considered this a decent place for the price, especially to be right at the lifts. But I probably won't try again.
