Great location to mountain

It's very close to the base of the Mountain. We liked the close proximity and easy access to the Hot tub and pool. Condo is simple and nothing special but served our needs perfectly. If your there to ski and spend most of your time on the mountain this is a great spot. The beds and furniture need updating.

Nice place and good location

The property is in the Lodges of Deer Valley. Clean and well located. Main disappointment is you are not entitled to use most of the amenities associated with the Lodges. This wasn’t clear when we booked. For example, you cannot use the ski shuttle or fitness facilities. This is outlined on a letter posted on the door.

Lower Deer Valley so so review

The experience was fair. There was not a clear understanding of whether check in could be earlier than the published 4pm. There should have been a text or phone call as to when the room was then actually ready. Then unfortunately the room was not even very clean. There was a piece of small glass in the bathroom, that I stepped on and sustained a small cut, suggesting it had not been card. The room overall was also not completely clean. The carpet for example. it had not been vacuumed.

We were disappointed with this property. To call it a hotel studio or Condo is misleading as it is basically a hotel room, without the benefits of a hotel (no room service, no cleaning service, etc). The refrigerator and coffee maker are in the bathroom, which also suffers from mold in the bath tub. We werent even given cups for coffee let alone any coffee, so had to go to the local grocery store to re-stock. At these prices (with all the fees), I would have expected a lot more. Never staying here again!

The room was pretty much what we expected. Vacasa never responded to our request for the key card (which was apparently in the half of the condo that we did not rent). We couldn't access pool or spa, had to ring the desk each time to get in the garage. We had a coffee pot but no coffee mugs. We had to use plastic wine glasses. We had one drinking glass. It was very close access to the Snowflake base but I had been unable to get the address to learn that it was not at all close to the area where the rest of my family stayed - the Sterling base area. The beds were ok, it was quiet.
