Welcome to the Park City White Pine Canyon Village Oasis
Experience mountain luxury in this newly built, multi-level townhouse, perfectly situated in the heart of Canyons Village. Whether you're hitting the slopes, exploring Park City's charming Historic Main Street, or enjoying the beauty of Utah's outdoors, the Park City White Pine Canyon Village Oasis is the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and comfort for your getaway.

Nestled just steps from the Canyons Cabriolet, enjoy easy access to the Canyons Village base, world-class ski slopes, and vibrant dining and shopping options. During ski season, The Canyons Connect Shuttle provides door-to-door service, and the Electric Express at the nearby transit hub connects you effortlessly to Park City's Historic Main Street, Kimball Junction, and Deer Valley.

With a sleek, modern design featuring striking black steel I-beams and elegant black metal siding, this 2,600 sq. ft. retreat offers the feel of a custom home with its three bedrooms, three bathrooms, to accommodate 10 guests comfortably, all while providing effortless access to year-round adventure.

Enter through a private garage into 1st level that provides a well-equipped mudroom with a sink and a full-size washer/ dryer. A flight up leads to the stunning main living area with soaring ceilings and an open floor plan boasting plenty of natural light and some mountain views.

Living Room (2nd/Main Level):
Relax in the thoughtfully designed living space featuring contemporary furnishings, including a plush sectional sofa and swivel barrel chair. Cozy up by the gas fireplace or watch your favorite shows on the 65” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV.

Gourmet Kitchen:
Channel your inner chef in the modern kitchen, fully equipped and complete with Wolf stainless steel appliances, a waterfall stone counter, center island with bar seating for four. A drip coffee maker ensures your mornings start right.

Dining Area:
The elegant dining space features a wood table with cushion chairs for eight. Conveniently positioned between the living room and kitchen, it also offers access to a patio with mountain views.

Bonus Room (1st Level):
Unwind in this additional living area equipped with two sofas (including a queen sleeper sofa), a Smart TV with a soundbar—perfect for movie nights.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Primary Bedroom (3rd Level): Features a luxurious king bed and a serene sitting area, it's the perfect space to unwind. Two private balconies provide a nice outdoor space, with one offering a cozy gas fireplace (no outdoor patio furnishing at this time). Entertainment is at your fingertips with a 50” Samsung Smart TV equipped with DirecTV. The en suite bathroom complements the room's elegance, boasting a sleek stone countertop vanity and a glass-enclosed shower with modern fixtures.
Bedroom 2 (3rd Level): Exudes warmth and comfort with a plush queen bed and ample closet space to store all your belongings. A 50” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV ensures relaxation at the end of a long day. This bedroom shares a spacious full bathroom, which features a dual-sink stone vanity and a soothing walk-in shower, offering convenience and style.
Bedroom 3 (3rd Level): A cozy bunk room, perfect for families or groups. Two twin platform beds over two twin beds, provide flexible sleeping arrangements for up to four guests. This room is outfitted with a 55” Samsung Smart TV with DirecTV and ample storage space. It shares the third-level bathroom.
On the 2nd / main level, you'll find an additional full shared bathroom, providing convenience for guests. Featuring a sleek stone countertop vanity and a glass-enclosed shower, it's both practical and stylish, maintaining the high standards of the home's design.

Canyons Village

Fantastic property and location. Fully equipped kitchen and beautiful furnishings. We had 3 families for a ski trip and we were so happy to have the place to come back to and relax after a day on the slopes. We enjoyed cooking and sitting by the fire at the end of the day. Very close to the Canyons Village and easy drive to Main Street.
