Poor service
There was no front desk to check in. If it wasn’t for the very kind building manager we would have been waiting for a very long time as the number we called went unanswered for a very long time! Overall it still took us 1 hour to get into our room. We thought we were booking a condo hotel (w a manned front desk and daily maid service). Neither was present. Even when we asked for (a maid service) and said we’d pay, we were told it wasn’t available. Other things that occurred- no water for 2 hours on one afternoon, very loud fire alarms going off for a while on another day- we evacuated the building for an hour. Again, the number we had to call NOONE answered! We had to get in touch with the same building manager who explained the situation to us!
