Wedding time

The townhouse was very roomy and accommodating. Very close to where we needed to be for a wedding and close proximity to downtown Park City. Plenty of good restaraunts too.

Great ski vacay

We had 4 adults and 2 teenagers in our party and had plenty space. Loved being able to park in the garage. Skied in Park City so it was about a 10 minute drive to the mountain. The unit was well appointed with cooking items, towels, etc. Loved the recliners too - nice comfy touch!

Great place great location!

Had an amazing experience. Everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in and the layout is perfect for everyone to have space or for everyone to mingle if you want. Hot tub was loads of fun! I did ask property manager for early check in but nobody answered so I left a voicemail and no one got back to me. I tried an email for a late check out because it was snowing and we were waiting for it to die down a little but did not hear back until we had already left. Other than that the stay was wonderful!

The townhome was a really good fit for us. It was as we expected from the online information.

The Owner, David, was prompt and very helpful when there were a few things that we needed to contact him. We were there 10 days, and do not have anything negative to report.

Great for Ski Trip

We were a family coming together to go ski Park City. This townhouse was easy access to the hill and to food and shopping. Good drive way/street parking for two large vehicles (SUV and lifted diesel truck). The place was comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing all day. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to accommodate our group cooking dinner. Our stay was lovely.

Great Park City Home!

My family and I stayed for eight days over Thanksgiving and absolutely loved the home! The unit is very large and very comfortably accommodated our family of five (and could have easily hosted more). We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The location is outstanding, close to Kimball Junction and a short drive to the Canyons, Main Street Park City and Deer Valley. Our kids loved the hot tub and the easy access to the club house workout room a few steps away. And with the beautiful weather during our stay, we were able to take advantage of the many walking/biking trails around Bear Hollow (including the trail to the shops and restaurants at Kimball Junction, which are a leisurely 15-minute walk away). We'd stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend!

Few concerns/complaints

Air vent at top of stairs is filthy We couldn’t figure out how to use either tv upstairs We checked in on Sunday. Garbage pick up was Tuesday. Trash can was overloaded. Cleaners should take some trash Quite disgusting!! For a place that sleeps so many, there should be extra chairs for dining…. Especially since we avoided eating anywhere but dining room or kitchen We did enjoy our stay Most of house was fine

Great place stay

We had a soccer tournament in Park City and this was a great place to stay! The condo was very clean and very centrally located being close to shopping, outlets, restaurants and downtown Park City. The hot tub was nice and used often after the soccer games along with the community pool. We will stay here again when returning to Park City for sure, super nice and close to everything!

Awesome House

This house was Awesome. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. It is close to everything. The owner and property managers were quick to respond when needed and very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again

First time in Utah

Wasn't expecting this Utah home to be amazing. But I take my words back 110%. The cleanest home I ever rented. The house is well decorated and not overwhelming. Everyone felt at home. Bedrooms are spacious, neighbors very kind. Was not expecting everything to be right down the street. That is a big PRO. Outlets, shopping centers, gas station, grocery stores, the list goes on. The host of the home, communicates really well and is very professional. All the beds were all comfy even the softbed down stairs ( no complaints from the family) and the host added extra towels, blankets and pillows in case we needed more. Hot tub fits many people, and the grill works great. The community pool is open in the summer and my family was able to take a swim. Home has enough parking space for at least three cars. AC unit works well. Ski slopes are near by for ski lovers. This home is great for outdoorsy, sporty, just want to get away type of people. The home also had board game which was awesome. Cons: This home has 4 floors of stair which can be a con with many people who have knee issues and other physically disabilities. Not a wheelchair friendly home. Keep that in mind. The views outside the entire home windows is facing all the neighbors. But the city has breathtaking views which definitely covers for the lack of home view. Overall this home was amazing, perfect for my family get away. Hope we can reserve again in the future. Thank you Utah. 😊
