Comfortable stay

Comfortable unit, generally well kept and well equipped (although not everything on the kitchen inventory is there). Resort facilities nice, including pool, gym, bakery. Easy check-in and out.

Great stay

The resort in itself has easy access to rent ski gear. They also had restaurants that were enjoyable after a long day of skiing. Midway properties worked with us phenomenally when I scheduled our vacation for the complete wrong dates! The Villa was conveniently located near the poor. Close parking.Beds were VERY comfortable, as were the pillows. Master bedroom could use some updating on the comfortor. Beautiful hardwood floors. The resort is about 20 minute drive to Park City ski resort which gave us just enough time to wake up in the am and decompress at the end of a long ski day. Plus a beautiful drive. We will DEFINITELY stay here again

VILLA 1073 REVIEW

The unit was clean and nice. Overall we had a good stay. The only negative thing was the sofabed. It was very old and very very uncomfortable -- so much so that one person in our party ended up sleeping on the FLOOR instead. It needs to be replaced or not advertised to sleep up to 8 people comfortably. Otherwise, the pool area and grounds were nice, the restaurants were nice, and we had a good time.

when we arrived they were doing maintenance on the AC so we weren't allowed in for another 30 minutes. The rooms were okay. I liked that there was a living space between the 2 rooms and that it had a kitchen. I swear the room said one king and two queens but the queens were full sized beds. All the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were too.

Golf Weekend

Nice rooms for the weekend,a bit smaller than i expected from the pictures, very clean and comfortable, we had connecting rooms and was a bit disappointed that the only access to the outside sitting area was through the bedroom, so the other room could not access it whenever they wanted. We would still rent again, communication with Midway Properties was excellent, we never was wondering about anything, seems like whenever a question came up we would receive an e-mail and everything we needed was there. Kyle and his team are excellent to work with, we have used them before and will again in the future.

Missed opportunity

Code to enter worked, but tv remote in living room didn’t until engineer came on Sat. Jets for tub did not work, and shower in extra bathroom was stuck ‘on’. The toilet paper was cheap and uncomfortable to use.
