「We booked about one year ahead of our stay. The interaction we had with our host was greatly appreciated and upon arrival we were in awe as it was more than we expected. The views, pool, all bedrooms and bathrooms were what was expected. The table at the entry way superseded anything that we expected or encountered. 「We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!」

The spectacular view at sunset, the serene location, the large deep pool, the soft comfortable beds and bedrooms, the air con, the host were all absolutely fantastic. 8 of us for a week in 36c heat and it was stunning. 「This was truly a trip of a lifetime and staying at this Villa was the smartest I ever made. We were a group of 24; one toddler, and the rest aged 18-70. The property and villa was immaculate. We were greeted by Bianca who made sure everything was right, and served a meal, we had planned ahead, that was delicious. Food kept coming, and our quests were in awe. 「Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. 「lovely place with beautiful garden and very special great view in the countryside. Very good personal recommendations by the landlord and great to have a washing machine.We stayed in the mansarde, which was nice - just be prepared that the bathroom is not high, so a tall person cannot stay. However all other things compensated this fully! I will definetely recommend it to friends!」

「Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area. You could call up the related resort on the landline at anytime if you were missing anything and they were very helpful. I also used the concierge service to have wine delivered to the villa and...

「The villa is well equipped and very spacious. The suites are large and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are tended to frequently. We went for wine tasting and there are so many close by ( some 5 to 10 minutes away) even our furthest was about a 40 minute drive. I would certainly stay here again.」

Communications with owner Valeria and house manager Sandra were flawless and always informative with lots of local tips. You have the feeling of coming home when you enter into the villa through the kitchen door! 「Our villa was a traditional building but with more modern facilities which was a perfect mix. Set high in the hills with a magnificent view it was a wonderful location once you got used to driving up there!! Quiet grounds, a good sized outside eating area and a lovely pool made it an ideal holiday venue for our extended family. We all loved it.」
