“Mixed feelings about this stay. On the positive side, the location is good, the property is clean and well maintained, the breakfast and food were enjoyable, and the reception team was responsive: they moved me to a different room for one night after I raised an issue. The main problem is noise. The hotel and rooftop bar share the same building, and at night the walls vibrate from the music upstairs apart from noise coming from lobby, downstairs. There is also steady foot traffic from bar……

“We stayed at this hotel as it was close to Tashkent airport and we had an early departure. Room was very spacious with plenty of room. The pool and sauna facilities were good. They had separate male and female times. I went once in the afternoon and it was busy and once in the evening and had it all to myself. Location is alright, there are some restaurants nearby. Nice hotel to stay for 1 night if you want to be close to the airport.”

The hotel officially issued me a 1-night checkout invoice, acknowledging the issue, and promised a refund for the remaining 12 nights.
