“The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog……

“Great place that’s family friendly. We loved the dock access. Neighbors are friendly as well. The couch turns into a bed so that was a plus for our group. The only thing we recommend is to have more bedding available such as blankets etc..”

“The community is really cute and the locaiton is perfect. Having the bar/restaurant on the property along with a little strip of beach and a pool made everything so easy, you didn't have to leave the property if you didn't want to! The unit itself was small but designed so well it totally worked with two couples. We especially liked the outdoor space, the upstairs deck was perfect for nights after a long day on the water.
