“I cleaned bloody fingerprints off the door handle of the room. The toilet hasn't been cleaned in ages. The screen on the back window was ripped out from people climbing out the window. “What a great stay! This house near Kaw Lake was exactly what we were looking for. Very recently remodeled, and everything was as advertised. Great house in the country very close to Kaw Lake, and had room for our boat trailer. Kitchen, baths, and bedrooms were very clean and we really enjoyed everything. Extremely easy check-in process and communication from the property manager. Bed's were super comfortable. Would definitely recommend!!!”

“Very clean property with tons of space. Enough beds for everyone in our group to have their own. Nice hidden spot with a modern yet vintage warehouse vibe.
