“Excellent place to stay ”

“All excellent. The only complaint would be the hot water in the shower is not very hot. ”

“Very good for the price! Full hot breakfast, very convenient parking. Anything you need near by and a lot within walking distance. We were surprised to see a full mexican restaurant entrance from the hotel lobby! We enjoyed late night drinks and chips and queso. ”

“great location on property of the Biltmore. The bar area and food services were really nice. We had dinner and breakfast in the Social club. Staff was great and we had a wonderful time for an overnight stay. ”

“Room was clean, but we found a hair in the bed, so could be a little cleaner. Bathroom was spotless and beautiful! Terry, the woman at the front, was wonderful to talk to and very understanding to us getting in late on check in. We ended up checking out a little late and they had no problem with it too. Overall, a great stay and will be comjng back in the summer! ”

“The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very accommodating. The room is so cute and the single rose in the bathroom is beautiful. Our only complaint is the food in the lounge. We had dinner in the lounge on our arrival. The food was not very good, the carbonara wasn’t even edible. The second night we walked down to the social and the food was amazing! The trout and the pork chop were both excellent and 1/3 of the price (which we don’t mind paying for good food). We will be back but we will not be……

“This is simply a nice hotel. It is completely non smoking. The inly bad thing was the fact that i was mischarged for 4 night under somone else name. They said it was refunded but it hit my bank account. Waiting in the refund. The young lady checking me in had a kit going on at the time and made the error. Just need the refund to hit”

“Really enjoyed our stay here! Long weekend with the family so we reserved a larger room with a wet bar. It was perfect. Beds were not too firm and very comfortable. Nice linen and plenty of towels. Our only complaint with the room was that the electrical sockets and USB ports need to be inspected on a regular basis to make sure they all work. Only one of the electrical sockets and one of the ports were working and when you have 3 adults and one child all with devises queuing for the outlets……
