“This house is in a super handy spot! Close to the university, and on the crested butte side of town. We had plenty of space for all of us. Well stocked home with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and right near a nice walking trail/hike. We would definitely stay again.”

“Joyful, comfortable, and peaceful are just 3 of the great adjectives that describe our holiday at the ranch. The cabin was like coming home with all the amenities. Not far from town, easy to find, and a dark sky for stargazing. The lovely terrace with a grill and plenty of seating for outside enjoyment only added to the ambiance of the property. “Well equipped kitchen. Spacious”

“Very clean nicely appointed "mother-in-law" (ADU) apartment. Nice open design with vaulted ceilings, full kitchen, washer/dryer and it's own entrance off the alley. Nice deck off the kitchen and 3 minute walk to Main Street in Gunnison”

“Really nice house nestled in between mountains with great views. Very quiet location. We didn’t see another car until we got to the main highway the whole time we stayed there. The house is midway between Gunnison and Crested Butte. The house is a little off the beaten path but very nice nonetheless. The only complaint would be no televisions in the bedrooms but it didn’t bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Pretty nice house that suited our needs very well and was located perfect for our needs. We were there for our annual fishing trip on the Gunnison and Taylor rivers. Unfortunately, the water was shut off to the entire neighborhood for most of our stay, no one's fault. We were offered another property but choose to stay and the management did a great job making accommodations to get us through the stay. Jenny was extremely quick to respond every time we need to communicate.”

“Family weekend in the snow! We live in Texas but made the trip up to find some snow this spring. Big yard allowed the kids to play as much as they wanted. The beds were really comfy, kids loved the bunk room. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Overall a very nice house in a convenient location to Gunnison, Almont, and CB. Would stay again for sure.”

“We usually stay in Crested butte when we ski, but late booking this year steered us to look outside of town. We booked the cabin at Three Rivers not knowing what to expect. The property was great, clean, and ended up being exactly what we needed. Friendly staff as well made our trip and stay even better. Definitely recommend in case you don’t mind staying 25-30 from the mountain.”
