「We had a great stay at the property, spacious, lovely pool and amenities. There were a few stains in the closet bunk room but it was otherwise very clean and nice!! 」

「This is a shared apartment that means you share the apartment with others. I was confused thinking I will have a room in the apartment while kitchen and living area will be for us. But, there are 3 rooms and more people might check in while you are there. We were there and young (undergrad) people with their friends checked in thinking they can party all night. They also thought the entire apartment was for them. But communication with owner was smooth and things were taken care of. 」

「This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this.」

「We had to reserve this home last minute due to the home that we reserved 3 months prior cancelling last minute. While I was annoyed at the circumstances initially I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful home,she has everything you could need for a wonderful stay near the beach! Convenient to the beach and a very quaint little area. The host was very helpful and easy to reach. If i ever stay in NJ again i would definitely come back! 「My mom and I loved our stay here! The apartment was well equipped for our 5 night stay and the convenience of walking to the beach everyday was great. I’m especially glad that they allowed pets so I could bring my cat instead of figuring out other arrangements for her while I was away. The neighborhood was nice - clean and quiet - with lots of great places to eat nearby, some walkable and some a quick drive. It was a great little vacation and we’d both come back to this rental in the future!」

「I didn’t even stay there. First of all they didn’t even send any instructions in advance. Then they sent me to a different location. The room was in a three bedroom place which I wasn’t aware it’s a shared space. There was no heat (it was 40 degrees in NJ) no toiletries including toilet paper or towels or shampoo. I just left immediately and put a stop payment on my credit card charge. I’ve never had this experience before. 」
